**This villa is equipped with a generator that automatically engages when there is a power outage on the island. Power outages are frequent occurrences on St John.

With our dedicated staff, you are sure to have one of your best vacations ever!! In addition, we offer rental vehicles-you can pick the car/s of your choice on our website after you book, and they’ll be ready for you when you arrive at your vacation property, keys in the kitchen. Also, we offer land/sea transfers and boat excursions around St John or to the British Virgin Islands..

St John's premiere luxury Villa, is located on the sandy beach just steps from the crystal clear blue sea. On the beach, we have complimentary kayaks, stand up paddle boards & snorkeling gear for your use and life jackets of various sizes.

Snorkeling is amazing, and this is one of the best spots on the island to see sea turtle and lot of amazing colorful fish!

*The villa is only about a 5-minute drive to Cruz Bay Town and just minutes to the grocery stores.

*We have our own vehicle rentals available, choose the SUV you want and it will be at the villa upon your arrival. No tedious paperwork to fill-out or lines to stand in; everything is conveniently done through our website.
