    "This flat served the two of us very well for our weeklong stay. As others have pointed out, it is spacious and quiet, has views of Holland Park and the surrounding neighborhood, and is ideally located in Kensington. Management was very helpful and gracious. Overall, we highly recommend this flat and would stay here again."

  • Amazing House - perfect weekend!

    "We hired this house for my best friends hen doo. We used the garden and kitchen to recreate a white picnic party and the house fit the theme perfectly! The location was ideal with free parking outside on the weekend. Every single part of this house is truly amazing! The kitchen is massive and the doors open up into the garden. The decor was like something out of a photo shoot and made the perfect backdrop for the day. There are no words to explain the master suite (a whole floor made up of three rooms!) and all the others were just as beautiful. The house was spotless and very well maintained especially considering everything is white, we didn't see a mark anywhere! Catherine was great at getting back to us and was really accommodating with our needs to have a few extra people over for the afternoon. The cleaner met us at the house and gave us the keys. The process was really easy and we had no problems when we were there. We got there at 12 midday and didn't have to be out until 3pm the next day which was perfect for us as we had a lot of decorations and food and drink to set up. There was an info book on the table and free wifi. The house is opposite a park too which we didn't use as the garden was so nice. I would recommend this to anyone with a large group that is looking for something a little extra special. We only stayed for a night but we could have easily stayed for two and enjoyed the house.   • Amazing flat in a great neighborhood

    "Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teen boys) arrived in London August 3rd. We were warmly greeted at the flat and given a full overview of the features and functions. It was very clear this is a premium rental and the owners take special care to ensure the comfort of their guests. You might question the location vs. other more traditional tourist areas within London. Southwark turned-out to be a perfect base for our visit. The proximity to Waterloo and Southwark Stations made our journeys simple and quick (we recommend getting Oyster cards for your visit). We simply walked to our destinations along the Thames. The London Eye was only 10 mins. away. Although there are some hotels scattered about, Southwark didn't feel like a tourist area. So it was nice to come back at the end of the day and enjoy a more "local" setting. That is, real Londoners at the pubs and restaurants vs. the hordes of tourists we saw throughout the day. The unit itself was modern, large and bright. During our visit, London was quite warm, so the central air conditioning was perfect. Keep in mind the large floor-to-ceiling windows allow for a lot of heat gain, so keep the shades up while you're out if it's warm. The neighborhood has everything you'll need for your visit. We enjoyed the Sainsbury Local and a number of restaurants within 1 block of the flat. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. One minor note, the bedroom doors are self-closing (I suspect this is a fire code issue). They are quite heavy and, if allowed to swing shut, are quite loud. We had a couple of situations with them slamming in the night when one of the boys went out to use the bathroom. Wedges were provided to keep them open (or you can just try and remember to close them gently). This is probably something that should be pointed out during the initial walk-through with new renters."
