  • Pleasant house but very quiet

"This is a spacious, clean modern villa in ample grounds. But its main attribute is also it's one drawback - it is quiet. Very quiet. The first 24 hours here are very relaxing but then you realise there is little to do. The local village is small (one shop, three tavernas and two sleeping dogs). The nearest beach is also small, as is the nearest town. The people in the village are very friendly so it has its charm. But there is not a lot to do. Maybe we were unlucky for the weather was not good during our stay and the whole point of a Greek holiday is to be out enjoying the sun. Thankfully the villa is large and there was a good supply of interesting books. I would recommend it to anyone who needs some peaceful time."

  • Great villa with amazing views

"We went to villa Kechria as a group of two couples , the villa is on the quiet side of Skiathos , but only a short drive to Skiathos town and all the great beaches , best of both worlds ! Really great pool area with shaded outside dining table for breakfast and evening suppers with a view !great kitchen With all the utensils and equipment you could need , the bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and nice touches like slippers and lovely toiletries , Would highly recommend it ."

  • An oasis in central Athens

"I stayed in this property with my daughter for a little over two weeks while we were on vacation and visited my in laws. It was absolutely perfect! The pictures do not due justice to the actual apartment. First, the apartment is located in an excellent area of Athens, very close to the metro, coffee shops and shopping! If you enjoy walking in the city, you could easily walk to the beautiful neighborhood of Plaka, or the upscale area of Kolonaki and if you fancy long evening strolls you could reach Acropolis on foot. If not, you could use the metro to reduce walking distances. Second, this one bedroom flat was spacious, bright, quiet (located in a pedestrian street) and spotless! Everything was in perfect working order. Third, Mrs Sinanidou, the owner, was always available to respond to any questions we had. I should also mention that the living room had a sofa bed and it could easily serve as a second bedroom because it had doors to separate this area from the rest of the flat for added privacy. An added bonus was that the apartment had an office area with a large desk and a computer, where one could seat to work, write postcards or simply search online for a good restaurant to eat. In sum, this is an ideal place to stay for small families, business people and even for a person traveling alone. We are looking forward to staying in this property in our next trip to Greece!"

  • Beautifull place

"We had 2 weeks in a dreaming and very quiet place. Welcoming from Mr & Mrs Psarris was excellent. They gave us all necessary information for our stay. Life and view from the terrace is amazing. From our booking, during the stay and for our departure, Kostas was very helpful and reactive for all our requests. We highly recommend this place."
