  • Wonderful apartment - excellent location!

"We stayed at the Stoll apt for 5 nights with our two teen boys and loved this apartment! Beautifully decorated, plenty of space to accommodate all of us, and the terrace was fabulous! They have everything you need at the apartment, and the most comprehensive welcome/apartment guide I have ever seen. Washer AND dryer meant we could pack in carry on luggage. Great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Communication with the owner was outstanding, and our damage deposit was refunded promptly. Yes, there are a lot of stairs, but you will get used to them - they were not a problem at all for us, don't let that detract you from the rental unless you have mobility issues. The location was perfect - easy to walk to anywhere, super close to Piazza Navona, and also had great restaurants, pizzerias, and gelato on our street, as well as a small grocery. It was like something out of a movie. Don't hesitate to rent this apartment. If you are considering it, just do it! We all loved it!"

  • Exceeded all our expectations!

"We stayed at Chez Nana for a week in June with a party of eight adults and one teen. Every thing about this apartment exceeded our expectations. The five bedrooms were all larger than we expected; combined with the three bathrooms, we never felt crowded with nine people. The living and dining room is also large and has room for everyone. When we were not out eating, drinking, and sightseeing, the wi-fi worked flawlessly and the number of cable channels provided was extensive. The location was perfect for us. There is a bus stop right in front of the buildings with regular service to the ancient part of Rome (you can buy bus tickets at the kiosk just down the street; Google maps/navigation was perfect for routing). The Vatican is within walking distance (and so is the rest of downtown if you're a little more ambitious). There are a number of restaurants and cafes in the area. I can't say enough about how helpful Adrianna and Francesca were. Many taxis were arranged and re-arranged and all came flawlessly. Any issues or questions we had were handled or answered immediately. Definitely would stay here again!"

  • Sunny indeed, spacious and well located

"The apartment was great! Spacious, well located, with AC (super useful during the hot week we were there). It had everything we needed for a 1-week stay. It was well maintained. We had an issue with the shower heads, which the landlord fixed (although not completely) the first day. It seems that one part was missing and they couldn't find it during the time we were there. But, overall, the owner was pretty responsive...and gave us good customer service"

  • Small one bedroom apartment near the Colosseum in Rome.

"We absolutely loved our time in Rome. The apartment was perfect for us. We walked everywhere. The location was ideal. Alesandro was most accommodating. We were pleased to have a place to cook our own meals even thogh the kitchen was tiny."
