  • A Decadent Villa That Soon Feels Like Home

"Villa Kalhada makes you feel welcome from the minute you walk through the door. It's layout makes the activity of being on holiday effortless; quite rightly it allows you to reach that relaxed state quickly. Everything you need is on hand. A well stocked kitchen including huge fridge freezer allows you to do as little or as much food preparation as you want. The 4 bedrooms are comfortable and quiet with 3 bathrooms supporting them. The lounge area large and comfortable for those evenings you just fancy chilling out with a pizza and a movie. The main attraction to this property is its outside area. It really flows nicely. You can walk out first thing in the morning and within a few feet is your private can leave the pool and after drying with the plentiful supply of pool towels sit outside and eat breakfast. Food complete you can move to the kosk (outdoor covered sitting area full,of cushions) where you can chill, read or snooze. Next to the outdoor eating area is a large BBQ grill which we used a number of times especially after shopping in Fethiyes famous Tuesday market. With around 8 sun beds around the pool there is no getting up at 0500 to lay your towel's your pool for the time you are there, they are your sun beds and you set the time and pace of your holiday...and that is the beauty of holiday in Villa Kalhada. It's location is within 5 minutes walk of a Dolmus stop that gets you to Fethiye or Oludeniz within 20-25 mins for around 3TL. There really is no need for a car. Locally there are plenty of restaurants you can walk to. The CES market will deliver free of charge anything you don't want to carry incl crates of Effes, the large water containers and even the large water melons. There is a house mobile phone you can use to phone them or organise excursions over should you wish it. Umit, the chap who locally looks after the villas interests will help you if you need it as we found nothing was too much trouble for him. We hope you enjoy the place as much as we have these past two years!"
