"Just spent 2 weeks at this condo and loved every minute. Great weather, location and accommodations. 1st time here and will definitely come back. The location is secluded and yet right on the beach. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I will recommend this sight to all my friends."

  • Serene, beautiful view, relaxing, very few people on the beach, amazing place to stay!

"Let's start with Kim, the home owner- she is so nice and easy to work with and very helpful to anything in the area that you need to know. The Studio is everything you need for a couple. Very comfy bed and cozy well decorated room. Well equipped for cooking and relaxing. Just remember it's off the grid so no blender, food processor, coffee maker etc. There is a coffee pot you add hot water over coffee that makes great coffee! Having coffee on the front porch watching the whales is amazing! There are a few grocery stores within 10-15 minutes. The Walmart has great prices on food, booze and whatever else you need. There is also a restaurant within walking distance called Buzzards. Great food and drinks with feet in the sand! Within 5 miles is Zacs which has good food and entertainment. The area is so safe and we snorkeled right at the beach here- lots of small colorful fish. Kim has chairs umbrellas coolers and even snorkel equipment to borrow! You can't go wrong staying here. We drove up to Cabo Pulmo on the main road - 1 1/2 hrs drive to do a snorkel tour. It was a fantastic drive and we saw so much snorkeling. The water was pretty chilly but worth snorkeling with sea lions and sea turtles and Lots of fish! We drove the dirt road down the coast which took quite awhile and is pretty rough but was well worth the views The airport is 30 minutes away and is an easy drive. Google maps were dead on with all of our stops. We drove from Cabo San Lucan and it took less than an hour. So delighted to find this quiet retreat after staying in the hustle and bustle of Cabo San Lucas! There is no TV but good internet. We had many great conversations instead and never missed any of it! We would highly recommend staying in this studio."

  • Location and condo both excellent

"Perfect condo for our needs...clean, well stocked, ground level, beautiful ocean side location. We are seniors+.. :) from Colorado and decided to not rent a car since our stay would be short and a test of the area. Using the Urbano bus was easy....just hailed and paid $1 USD each every time we boarded..rustic ride but taxis are also parked about..shopping and several restaurants very close by...we each took our own shopping bags and shopped daily. Our Mexican neighbors could not have been more gracious and always helpful even though we speak very little Spanish. We'll be back.....gratias!"

  • Awesome condo and location

"We loved this condo. It was just the right size and had a great layout. Right on the ocean, and you can watch surfers at the "Zippers" break which is a popular spot. I brought my inflatable SUP down, and was able to paddle in front of the condo (I am a beginner and it was definitely a learning curve getting out past the break - but once you are out there it is manageable). We loved how uncrowded the beach was. The condo is very quite, peaceful, and relaxing, and the grounds were well maintained (and barely any bugs!). We did not rent a car, and didn't feel one was needed. The bus system was fast (and cheap), and we were able to walk up to the Mega for groceries (it's about a mile away, and does require walking along the highway in some spots with no sidewalk). We loved eating at Sardina Cantina, about half a mile away, along with many of the restaurants in the downtown area. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend this unit and look forward to coming back again!"
