  • Little Bit of Heaven

"I traveled with my daughter, son-n-law, 2 year old grandson and 6 year old granddaughter could not wait to return to Puerto Vallarta Mexico. The last two years we stayed at the most incredible condo on the beach. This 2,000 sq ft. condo with its breathtaking view is perfect in every way for our family of 5. The Great-room is enormous and joins the dining room and gourmet kitchen. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo. Everything was supplied to cook to our hearts content, but the marvelous Mexican restaurants were once again calling our names. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner out. Where else can you get shrimp & Mahi Mahi on a stick and sit with your toes in the sand? We tried every restaurant our host suggested and searched out a few on our own! I’m convinced there is not a bad restaurant in all of Old Town and where else can you feed a family for 5 under $25 and have a “to go” bag? Shopping, entertainment and restaurants are all within walking distance (even with two little kids). If you do take a taxi it’s only $3 or $4. Having small children with us it was nice to have the security gate at the street & poolside. The pool has a very shallow area which was great for small children. This place has everything you could possibly need and much more: filtered water/ice system, washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, wine cooler, 2 safes, 2 master bedrooms and baths, coffeemaker, tons of towels, landline phone, private heated pool, unlimited free outgoing calls to Canada, USA and many European countries, over 200 channels of cable, huge wrap around balcony, high speed Internet, incredible panoramic view of Bandera Bay from the 4th floor, immaculate building, elevator, dolphins watching from the balcony, immediate access to the beach through a locked gate and NO bugs. Daiquiri Dicks and the Blue Shrimp restaurants just steps away, bank ATM in the building, coffee shop on the ground floor, immediate access to the Malecon walk way. We felt so secure that we left the front door wide open and let the ocean air flow throughout the condo. It’s July and we experienced no rain during the day and a constant breeze from the ocean. Two sides of the condo are sliding glass doors, which has fabulous cross ventilation. At night we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the stunning sunsets. One of the reasons we felt so comfortable because our host always gives us such useful information about shopping, restaurant"

  • Absolutely stunning!

"This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway.. Everything was perfect from the time we were picked up at the airport till we left. The condo is 2 bedroom that is impeccably decorated. There is AC throughout the views are spectacular. It is a short walk to the main area or a 5 dollar cab ride. We had them do some shopping for us in advance that made the trip even nicer. The maid service was perfect.. We have said at his other properties before and have never been disappointed.."

  • ¡Nos volveremos!

"It wasn’t more than a few minutes after having entered Ron and Robyn’s well appointed condo that we felt entirely at home. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, ample storage space, a kitchen with all the appliances, a strong and fast wi-fi signal, comfortable couches behind a large HD TV with NetFlix! Their condo was well furnished and designed, the furniture was new and in excellent condition. These amenities together with the fabulous view of Banderas Bay and the new pier on the Malecon made for a wonderful stay. As others have pointed out, the location couldn’t be better. It’s an easy walk to Playa de Los Muertes, to Freddie’s Toucan (best breakfast in town), to the Sea Monkey (comfort food par excellence), the shops at the River Cual, the water taxis at the pier, the quality restaurants in Old Town and the Romantic Zone, the art galeries, and the active night life on the Malecon. Kudos to the staff too. Sergio the night guard was very helpful with directions and cabs, our cleaning lady was fun and her cleaning even passed my wife’s high standards. As the condo is on the ninth floor, the raucous sounds below are but a whisper and obscured by the air conditioners in the two bedrooms, and the rooftop pool is beautiful, clean, and private. Don’t miss the frigate birds and swallows from the rooftop and the bats that fly off all at once and en masse above the condo’s terrace. We hope to revisit Ron and Robyn’s very soon."

  • Beautiful Unit with Stunning Views

"We stayed in this unit for the first time from mid February to mid March 2016. We were looking for something with a Mexican feel that would be close to the fun of Old Town but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. This unit delivered on all accounts. It is comfortably furnished with lovely Mexican touches in decor. The location was a 10 minute walk down to the Malecon and beach and an inexpensive 50.00 peso taxi ride back up. The walk back up is challenging and was done every day by our adult children who loved the exercise and challenge. I was experiencing knee issues and found the walk down no problem and even succeeded with the climb up a few times. There is nothing like a rewarding dip in the pool after the climb up. It was a great way to keep active. The views are stunning and we couldn't believe our fortune every morning when opening our eyes to see the vista provided. We spent all our waking time in the unit on the terrace which is spacious and comfortably furnished. We prepared many meals in the well stocked kitchen and truly appreciated the supply of dry goods and spices left in the unit. It helped to reduce food costs not to have to completely set up those types of supplies for cooking. The only draw back with the building and unit is the lack of sun. Upon arrival in mid-Feb the pool was completely shaded and as the time progressed, by the middle of March, the pool was in more sun. The best time of day was mornings for sunbathing at the pool. The terrace at the unit was always shaded. This may be an issue for sun worshippers, however we preferred a shade terrace as it was more comfortable in the heat of the day. We found the pool temperature to be quite warm and was very comfortable to be in without the direct sun. Overall the limited sunlight was not a negative for us but might be a disappointment for some. We enjoyed the various birds and parrots which live and play in the green space across from the unit. The managers and owner were always available by phone and email and very responsive. Overall we found it to be a great location in PV and really enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit itself. We did not hesitate to book our return for 2017."
