Fletcher Moss Gardens vacation rentals

We had a wonderful stay in Manchester and that was due in no small part to this lovely property in Spinningfields. The hosts, Matt & Steph, were very responsive to all questions and have put together excellent instructions and guides to make the check-in and stay as easy as possible. The location is right in the heart of a vibrant area with bars, restaurants and music galore. We capped off our Saturday night with a soak in the hot tub and the sounds of live music from the nearby Oast House providing an atmospheric backdrop. The hammock ceiling was a big hit with the kids and made for great pics/talking points to friends. While the garage was too small for our vehicle, there is an NCP a five minute walk away that Matt & Steph directed us to. There’s also a Sainsburys Local steps away for refueling. About the only note we had was that there were no bedside tables but that may be purposeful for the minimalist style. And not sure if it’s listed in the description, but there are four floors of the living space plus another staircase for the rooftop. Perfectly navigable, but just a note for other guests. Another bonus of the property was the football ticket connection, and we were very pleased with the seats we were able to secure for the United match. The pics were spot-on, and we would highly recommend this property. Thanks so much to Matt & Steph (and Jon!) for their warmth, communication and hospitality that made our weekend an absolutely enjoyable success.

Great rental! Clean and up to date. Walking distance to town. We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was great, very clean and well-kept, in a very convenient location in downtown Manchester. We could easily get to shops, restaurants, and sites by walking or on the tram. What a lovely time in a great city.

Lovely cozy house in a great location. Great communication from owner and comfortable beds. Very satisfied.

The host was very flexible with us and allowed us to extend a night, even though it was a last minute decision. The Vrbo was what we needed. If you’re looking for luxury on a dime, this would not be it. A forward facing street was nice and secure but you can tell the area surrounding the back streets are still being gentrified. This made for a little hesitation when leaving or arriving late to our Vrbo.

The apartment was well-appointed, tastefully decorated, extremely clean. The building was also at the same high standard. The reserved garage parking was very helpful. The apartment manager was very helpful and responsive. The key pick-up and drop-off at a nearby shop was very convenient. This was a great find in the heart of Manchester!
