  • Clean, cozy & convenient!

"My sisters and I got together for a sisters week and stayed here. There are four of us and a 4 month old baby and we had plenty of space. The condo was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and lots of towels in the bathroom. The location is so great with many shops and restaurants within minutes!"

  • A Scottsdale Treasure

"From my first contact with the owners til the last, I found that hospitality was their number one concern. They couldn't do enough to make my month long stay comfortable, trouble free and economical (with a few days extra at the end). Single guy on a business trip, I found that both the owners and their condo far exceeded my expectations. The upstairs condo is located right above the designated covered parking spot just a few steps from the greenbelt and golf course. The location, just minutes from downtown Scottsdale, the baseball stadium, the freeway, is perfect. The huge development runs the entire block, has two wonderfully heated pools, outdoor BBQs, a full-size workout center, very attentive landscape managers and easy access. The condo itself is equipped with everything you need from all kitchen appliances (great fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, etc; even a wine cooler. Large oak table and four chairs gave ample room for food and work. Main bedroom is great with wall TV, ample storage and, most importantly, a very sumptuous, comfortable King-size bed. Bathroom/Washer/Dryer worked great. Never used the upstairs loft but what a comfy, quiet nook for two! Main living room has two leather couches, a recliner with ottoman, coffee table, The dark wood floors appear coated and easy to maintain as are the rugs. Double door leads to the tree shrouded balcony nest that has chairs and tables, shade, comfort. Large towels for pool provided, too. For you walkers, golfers and bicyclists: the easy access to the greenbelt is a real plus. It runs for miles (20?) with wide paved bike walk/bikeways often located on both sides of this lake-studded, recreational paradise. I cycled down to Lake Tempe and then along the busy lake (kayaking, sail boating, paddle boards, rowing crews) to the dam and back almost daily. Several trips to the north; no end to the options. Great transition between work and play. Numerous golf courses fill this greenbelt (clubhouse for executive course right next to the condo), as well as parks, rugby/soccer/tennis/baseball fields..., even a frisbee or disc golf course (very popular) The real treasure is the owners who handled any and every request promptly, graciously and effectively. Fabulous month spent in Scottsdale. I recommend it to all. Will hope to come back to the area many times and this is the first place I will look for. All was absolutely terrific."

  • Lovely Condo With Great Location

"This condo was lovely with the perfect amenities for our Spring Training vacation. This was our 5th year at spring training in Scottsdale and this was by far our favorite stay. We have stayed at many hotels in the area at various times in the year and this place had the best accessibility to the highway and various parts of Scottsdale (especially Old Town) to get around and was the most comfortable. Having a set parking spot and kitchen was lovely. The condo was clean and well taken care of with a beautiful outdoor area to relax at the end of a day of baseball. Vineet was very friendly and available for anything we needed. I would definitely stay again! My only suggestion would be to get a lighter color shower curtain in the second bathroom because the dark blue color makes showering difficult since it is hard to see. Thank you for the wonderful experience!"

  • Excellent Stay...Great Location

"The unit was perfect for two people. Clean, neat, and containing everything you could need. It was also nice that Dale was so close in case we needed anything (we didn't). But great location overall couldn't have been better for the price. Only con was the parking spot. We had our own spot but this wasn't respected or recognized but other tenants or visitors. Also visitor parking was minimal and usually full. Only downside. But excellent stay. We will be back"
