  • Spacious Getaway With Great Views and Lake Access!

"We had the pleasure of staying here with some friends and family over this past Labor Day weekend. This home has plenty of room for big families. We stayed in the lower level with our 1 year old child and had access to a kitchenette with sink and fridge that proved itself useful over the long weekend. We also made good use of the Weber gas grill on the upper deck. The views from all areas of each deck and the pool were amazing. Look forward to going back soon."

  • Cozy acres cabin

"We had such a relaxing time at cozy cabin. The name explains it well.. cozy! There is absolutely nothing we had to go without . The owner furnishes all the ins and outs you may have left behind. We really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of relaxing on the deck right on the lake. Listening to the birds and watching the fish jump with our lines danciin in the water. Gods creation is never ending! I would definitely recommend this cozy cabin right on the lake ! Such serenity. We would stay there again if opportunity arises!"

  • A river runs behind it!!

"The property was a little difficult to find. Directions were fine until we got close, then I had to call for help because it was not clear where to go. The property was as pictured on the website. I couldn't get the WiFi to connect. I confirmed the password with the manager, but it still did not work. I was most likely doing something wrong. It was quiet and I was able to do some reading while others fished on the river. The fishing was not very good mostly because of the fluctuation of the water level coming from Bull Shoals Lake as it is released. There were lots of boats up and down the river as well. It is a popular place for sure. There were a lot of Grandaddy Longleg spiders around both inside and outside. There were webs in the corners of the main room and one web went from the TV table to the window ledge. The kitchen was adequately stocked with basic dishes, pots, and pans. Need a new shower curtain liner in the bathroom. Nice supply of towels and wash cloths. Built a fire on the last night in the fire pit. Too windy other days. Nice to have wood available for that. The 10-year old ate a lot of marshmallows. We did not go out to eat, so I can't really give an opinion about that. Can get last minute supplies in Flippin at the Wal-Mart if you're coming from that direction. We would recommend this place to others for a nice get away."

  • Wonderful place to stay

"We spent a long weekend at Greer's Ferry Lake with friends. Early mornings were spent around the table in the kitchen of the cottage enjoying a home cooked breakfast before a day spent on the lake. Evenings were spent on the outside deck grilling hamburgers, etc. for evening meals and then moving indoors to eat around the big table in the kitchen. All the comforts of home. I highly recommend the Cottage and Bunkhouse!"
