  • Downtown comfort in PS

"Plaza Villas is a group of walk-ups with two nice pools and spas. The complex is older but very well maintained with lovely grounds, lots of bougainvillea hedges and xeriscape landscaping. It was a real treat to be able to walk to downtown shops and restaurants, especially the fantastic Thursday night street fair. Art museum not to be missed! The unit is quite roomy, has no view but on the cool side of the buildings with ceilings fans. I only had the a/c on once when it was in the high 30s out. It is very well equipped, everything you could need, the advantage of owner-rental. The décor is very attractive, the only drawback the carpets which appear to have been recently cleaned but very stained and not up to rental condition. 2 super TVs with hundreds of channels. Was here for Indian Wells so the Tennis Channel was a real bonus. The price was very fair considering the location and amenities. Professional management very efficient even texting way after hours when we had trouble figuring out the TV remotes. Check in/out on the way from the airport. Will definitely return especially if the carpets are replaced. A good find. Spent a lot of time at the pool."

  • Lovely vacation spot

"This was a beautiful updated home on the golf course. Very easy to find and to get around in Palm Desert and nearby La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, etc. Great open plan made it ideal for our family to visit while still comfortably watching our toddler. Pool was good and was cleaned twice by very nice maintenance people. The only thing to improve would have been the weather... which we could not have helped anyhow! I would stay here again."

  • Nice Stay - Couple Thoughts

"We had a nice little weekend staying at this cabin. Check-in and check-out was very accommodating. House looks just like the pics. Heads up if you have small children, just be aware that the loft railing has very wide openings. Plenty wide for little bodies to fall right through. Easy enough to block stairs an such, but it's just part of the lay of the land here. We did do some fun sledding on the hill between. They got a huge dump of snow about a week and half prior to our stay. It was a bit disappointing and dangerous that the stairs leading to the door weren't dug out. With stairs underneath the snow, this made things dangerous when your foot fell through. Made for a tough load in and load out."

  • Quiet and relaxing getaway

"This was our first VRBO and we had the best time! The pool was fabulous, the house was perfect and we stayed cool during the heat of the day in the super comfortable living room! The house was clean and had all the amenities for cooking dinners in. We loved the bar set up and enjoyed G+Ts by the pool every night. The outdoor grill was also handy. We were even able to extend our trip another day and do more things in town. It was very relaxing and the dogs enjoyed it too! Scott was very courteous and helpful- we will be back!"
