Wonderful location near the heart of Oceanside. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and fun. The condo has a fantastic perch overlooking the beach and an easy walk down to the Strand and Pier. Spotless place and the host thought of everything you could possibly need.Tommy was fantastic with communication and guidance. He answered any questions promptly, generously, and thoroughly. Best host ever! We loved just sitting on the patio watching the action down on the beach, surfers in the early morning near the pier, and the gorgeous sunsets when we weren’t down on the beach ourselves. Parking was no problem with the garage right on property and street parking pass if needed. Gated and secure complex. This place is a gem!

We have stayed in this complex before, but this was the nicest unit we have been in. Very clean, well appointed, easy to get into on the grade level and an elevator up from the garage. No issues with the appliances, having a washer and dryer was very helpful for us.

We loved our stay in this beautifully appointed condo. The furnishings were were high end and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped! The owners really did make it so easy to move in and have everything we needed! We enjoyed the fantastic patio and view of the ocean. Our property manger, Tim, was amazing. He made our check process so easy and he was available if we needed anything! We can’t wait to go back next year!

We spent the month of March exploring Oceanside and the area around it. The unit was in a wonderful location to walk into town and enjoy restaurants. Nice to walk the strand and over to the harbor. Loved having a lot of room in the unit and the second bedroom to use as office. Loved it so much we have already plan to stay again next year.

Property is in a great location and kitchen is well supplied with needed cooking utensils. Property manager made check-in extremely easy and communicated issues when workers needed to enter unit.

You cannot beat the location...everything is steps away...downtown, pier, the Strand, and marina just 1 mile away! The view of the water is perfect for sunsets, coffee on the balcony! Don’t miss Parlor Donuts, That Boy Good, Petite Madeline and the Broiler for happy hour! All in all, a great month!
