  • Family Reunion on Fourth of July

"Our family of three generations spanned ages of 2 to 67 with three families plus Grandpa sharing a reunion on the Fourth of July weekend. The house is a perfect size for our group where we could group together as younger children, teens and adults with plenty of space. And to get some space when needed. The interior is just gorgeous. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals for a group of this size. We had breakfast and dinner together each day. The views from the two decks are beautiful. Plenty to do at the house plus in Breck and local sites. I hiked with the oldest grandson on a local trail and at the Hoosier Pass with four others. A great time was had by all!"

  • Prefect stay in Breckenridge

"This was a great vacation rental. It's about 5 or 10 minute drive up the mountain from Main Street Breckenridge. It's much quieter than the middle of Breckenridge and the view is beautiful from the kitchen area and deck. The free bus stop is about 200 yards from the house so getting down to the lifts, restaurants and shops is easy, you just can't walk to town very easily. The rate charged by owner was very fair and a good value for the money compared to other rentals in the area. The house was just as promised and the owner was easy to work with from start to finish. Very responsive to any questions I had and quickly processed my deposit within 48 hours of departure. A big advantage to this house was the bedrooms and bathrooms. We had 4 families with ages 3 to 73. All families had their own large bedroom and full bathroom which is really nice because it gives everyone some privacy and space. The kids all stayed together in the bunk beds downstairs which they loved. The bunk bed room will comfortably sleep 5 people. The kids also claimed the lower level as "their" space and the adults were able to visit upstairs which is nice if you are considering staying here with extended family. We used many of the amenities like the hot tub on the deck looking out over the mountains and the large gas grill. Kitchen has a really nice new gas stove, new microwave, new oven and refrigerator. We cooked about half the time while here and it was nice to have. Plentiful plates, glasses, utensils etc. There's a relatively new large flatscreen in lower level plus flat screen in top living area. Also various DVDs to watch. The house was clean. The WIFI in the house worked perfectly and was super fast (one family member unfortunately had to work from the house and had no problems staying connected). Overall I highly recommend this house and owner if you are looking for a quiet place slightly away from Main Street congestion with nice views and plenty of room for mutilple or large families."

  • Beautiful mountain home with breath taking views.

"I visited Breckenridge with a group of 10 people, the house was amazing, it is also conveniently located 5 minutes from town so a quick stop at the grocery store for some meats is a must with the huge deck available for grilling. Scott also answered any questions in a timely manner, overall best place to stay in Breckenridge."
