  • Summer Getaway

"This townhouse is an awesome place to stay! Ski resort right behind the property and we hiked several trails this summer. Easy access and comfortable. Would stay here again!"

  • Exceptional home with an exceptional location

"The Riverside house was all we could ask for and more. The beds were all comfy, the kitchen was well stocked with chefs assortment of cooking supplies. We shared the house with 3 families totalling 10 people for a holiday ski trip. We enjoyed the fireplace study room for warming up after a long day on the slopes. The multiple levels of the house suited our group very well, as the kids would play pool or wii on their own level. I must say that the highlight of the house was the location to the quicksilver lift. The 5 minute walk through the wooded trail was a treat we looked forward to at the beginning and end of the day. We will definitely look to book this house again on our next Breckenridge ski vacation."

  • Wonderful for Our Family Xmas Reunion

"This is a wonderful place. We had 10 adults and 6 kids. The lay out is very nice and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We will be back. The ping pong table and foosball table were a hit. We had 3 generations of nightly competition and no video games. A wonderful place for the family."

  • No place better than this!

"We've stayed at many places before but there's nothing that compares to the Breck House! For me it's the ultimate getaway with access to do everything my family likes. Whether you're a skier/snowboarder, hiker, etc the terrain, national forest and mountain are at your fingertips and the adventures are endless. If you'd rather kick your feet up, relax and just get away from everything, this is also the place for you. The relaxation of the mountains truly takes form here. Everything in this home is top of the line and as soon as you walk in, you're in awe. The kitchen is the center of the house and we prepare many of our meals here after stopping in town for any needs we have. It's very well equipped and is a lot of fun to hang out in as well. The living room is cozy and relaxing and has an amazing fire place that can heat the entire main floor and upstairs by itself. The main floor back patio looks out into the Arapaho National Forest, has a large grill and several seating options to kick back and relax. The bedrooms upstairs are very spacious and put together nicely with great views. The master bathrooms are exquisite! Downstairs in the basement it's a blast to watch a movie, sporting event or your favorite Netflix show on the 108" screen. If you are traveling with a lot of younger children, they will love the bunk beds downstairs. Each distinctly designed for boys and girls, they're fun rooms! On the downstairs back patio has a large hot tub and newly added chair lift seat which gives it that ultimate mountain house feel. If you want to drive into town, Main Street is just a few minutes down the hill and there's several restaurants and shops. It's fun just to walk around for a couple hours sand take it all in. After staying here several times, I would come back here again and again and again. This place is a blessing to those who have found it!"
