  • Nice place but not happy with management

"Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was described as having a dishwasher which is important because we don't like to have to wash dishes while on vacation. The management office called the day before our arrival to tell us that the dishwasher door was broken and it could not be used. Since the unit wasn't going to be as it was represented I asked for a discount. They gave us a reasonable discount and told us they would come replace the dishwasher door during our stay. That was fine with us because we knew it wouldn't take long. When the maintenance worker arrived to replace it, we were told he were replacing ALL the kitchen appliances. This seemed like a big inconvenience and the worker said he could reschedule. The next thing we knew, the discount was removed from our credit card. The management office said they'd look into it but we never heard back from them. No discount and lots of dishes to wash through our stay... Other than that our stay was great."

  • Summer Stay

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was wonderful. It was clean and just as pictures showed. Could have had more towels but we made due. The one thing being a flat lander, I wish it would have mentioned the humidifiers in the closet. That may have helped with the altitude affects. We didn't see it until we were packing to leave. Otherwise a very comfortable stay :-) Slow elevator since it is located on top floor."

  • One of best in Summit County !!!

"We travel for pleasure. We love to hike, golf, fish, ATV and just plain relax. We have stayed at many places in Summit County, and the Jack Pine lodge #49671, in Keystone is one of the best we've had the pleasure of staying at. The entire property is clean and well kept. The community pools, hot tubs, BBQ grill, fitness center, saunas and parking accommodations were just as described and very easily accessible to us. There was more than enough room in the Condo to accommodate six adults without feeling cramped. The people that worked there as well as the other guests we encountered were nothing but nice and friendly. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone......Thanks Catherine :)"

  • Great Slopeside Getaway

"My significant other and I stayed here in the middle of February and had some amazing snowboarding weather. The condo was terrific, it was about a 200 yd walk to the gondola in the morning. The condo itself overlooks a skating rink and is very near to the Keystone shopping centers. The condo was stocked with the requisite cooking equipment such as silverware, steak knives, pots and frying pans. The only thing we needed was a corkscrew for opening a wine bottle, but guest services at the condo was more than happy to accommodate that request. Great trip! I would highly recommend this location to another couple."
