  • Exceptional Value

"We had a great time in Winter Park and Grand Lake. This condo was one of the reasons. Having the river right close in the front yard gave us a rush of pleasure every time we returned from our adventures and the condo always welcomed us with open arms and a deep sense of comfort. Loved having two bathroom sinks...only perceived shortcoming was the tight fit of the toilet/bath area - but it was still very do-able. The kitchen was outfitted with all of the necessary accoutrements. The location provided excellent walk-ability to everywhere in town. We especially liked the back paths to the Vasquez Creek trail that brought us into the city park. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Diana!"

  • Perfect home base for exploring Winter Park

"We stayed at this property between Christmas and New Year's, 2016. The owner Carolyn was very responsive and helpful, and the check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The property is immaculate, well-stocked with the basics, and very comfortable."

  • Perfect Mountain Getaway - Cozy With Modern Edge!

"To say this cabin is the quintessential mountain stay is an understatement. My boyfriend and I booked it on a whim to escape the city -- just in time for a blizzard. We barely made it out of Denver before I-70 was shut down (thank goodness for 4WD) and were SO excited to be welcomed into this quaint cabin. The two-sided fireplace separating the living room and kitchen kept us nice and cozy throughout our stay. The kitchen has all the necessary cook-ware you could possibly need for a night-in, as well as board games, DVDs, bluray and smart TV to boot! The cabin is also conveniently located across the street from Tabernash Tavern, which has a pretty great Happy Hour. For those with kiddos, there's an awesome loft which is accessed via a built-in ladder made out of skateboards in the kitchen in addition to the master bedroom. There's also a big hill to sled down behind the house with disks provided. Tabernash offered a central location for our winter sports - snowboarding/skiing in Winter Park and renting snow mobiles near Grand Lake. I would imagine this would be a great place to stay for summer-mountain fun, too! Gabriella, the property manager, was quick to answer any questions that we had to ensure we had a great stay! I think the only draw-back would be the necessity of renting a car if you're coming from out-of-state, and no dishwasher. We can't wait to stay here again, and if the owner would ever like to sell this property... :)"
