  • December 2016 Stay

"This place is well kept and plenty of room for a family of four. Felt like home away from home. Great location for ski access and Mountain views! Well equipped with basic necessities. Pool house and hot tub were great."

  • Great ski condo, close to resort, exceedingly clean

"My family of 6 just spent a wonderful 5 days at this ski condo. It was incredibly close to the ski resort (we drove and parked, but there is free bus service -- or if you were energetic you could walk to the lifts). The single car garage was nice to keep car warm and ski gear protected. The condo is cozy and very clean. Check-in was wonderful.. a bottle of wine and pound of coffee was there to greet us. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of linens. The wifi was fast. The only criticism we had is that the kitchen could be a bit better stocked. Since we have 4 hungry teens, we do a lot of cooking and the pans were cheap and there weren't some basic things like a colander, pancake griddle or wire whisk. Also, in the second bedroom, it would be nice to have table lamps next to the bed for reading instead of the overhead light. But those are small issues. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Well appointed, clean and quiet.

"In a great location. We could see the hot air balloon launch in the mornings. Quiet end unit thoughtfully full of the basics, TP, kleenex, towels etc. Had a grill but we never used it. Located close to the Safeway if you want to pick up soda. water, snacks and there is also a liquor store next to the Safeway. Fraser is only 2 miles from Winter Park where there are lots of restaurants and shops. There is an awesome walking path right near the condo as well as a pool and laundry facility across the street. Convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake. SO much to do in the area in the summer!!! We had only a slight issue finding the unit as the street is marked 838 and not with a street name. We were very happy staying here for a week and hated to leave !"

  • Perfect!

"Completely what we expected. Nothing wrong at all. Great location on the slopes, unreal views, homey interior. My 5 year old daughter saw a fox just outside the condo and almost passed out from excitement! We were lucky enough to catch her reaction on video! It was priceless!"
