  • GREATEST FAMILY VACATION!

"This was one of the best family vacations I have ever been on, largely in part due to this amazing house we rented. It was VERY clean and organized. There were many baby items available for use for my 10 month old daughter including a pack and play and high chair. ALL in immaculate condition. We flew to Florida, instead of driving, and didn't have much room to bring a lot of toys. I was worried that when the kids weren't in the pool, they would be bored but, low and behold, there was a closet full of toys! Not to mention the game room where my son and I played ping pong and pool. There was also a kitchen set in there for my daughter. Each bedroom was beautifully cleaned and organized and every bathroom sparkled. The kitchen had every appliance you could need and plenty of pantry space for food/snacks. The toaster did not work but that's probably my only complaint! The pool area was cleaned while we were there which was a surprise to me because I didn't know a pool man would be coming. A very welcomed surprise! There were plenty of fresh towels for both the pool and the bath. Seriously, everything you could need, they had! Not to mention it was SO CLOSE to all the Disney parks and a WAWA! We hope to rent this same exact house when we visit Florida again. Thanks for making our family vacation so wonderful!"

  • A great vacation

"My husband and I stayed at this wonderful home, along with our son, daughter-in-law and 3 grandchildren. This was our first family trip to visit WDW, and our first time renting a vacation home. Everything about our stay here was perfect, we loved the home, there was plenty of space for all of us, and the location was great, as it was a short trip to all of the Disney parks. The rental process was handled in a very professional, but also very friendly manner, and the home was exactly as described. Our entire family is looking forward to being able to stay here again. Thanks Robin!"

  • Perfect for our family

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to every thing we wanted to do while in Orlando. We visited Disney, Sea World and Universal during our stay here and traveling to parks was quick and easy. We enjoyed our time at the house as well. We chose this house because of the pool and ping pong table, and weren't disappointed. My kids are teenagers, so it was nice that I could open the blinds in the main room and have a great view of them playing in the pool. Pool was very clean and we spent hours outside swimming. We had so much fun staying at the house swimming and playing games that we cut out one of our park days just to have more time at the house. The owner was great to work with, especially through all the email problems that the website was having. This place would be our first choice next time we visit the area."

  • Family spring break vacation

"I'm very late in adding my review, my apologies. My family stayed here 10 nights for our spring break vacation in March. We absolutely loved the house and the location. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and very spacious. The kitchen was large and very clean. There is an abundance of dishes utensils and cookware to use. The cooler came in handy for our beach day, beach towels, games bookmovies. The furniture was comfortable and had enough seating for six of us to spread out on. We even had my sisters family of 5 come up from Miami for 2 nights to visit and had room on couches and the pullout sofa bed for them. They said they were comfortable to sleep on. Three and a half bathrooms was great to have, with the two master baths were more than enough. Having our own pool and patio was great for swimming and entertaining. The kids loved swimming in mornings and often when we got home from a busy day. I loved not having to leave to go to pool, and it was great for kids to hang at home and have a resting day from parks. The pool was a good size, nicely decorated, clean and heated. The location on the lake was great. We saw some wildlife, Disney fireworks everynight, beautiful moonlight and we even got to watch a rocket being launched from Cape one night. We throughly enjoyed sitting on the patio each morning drinking coffee, looking out onto the lake and relaxing evenings on the patio. The tv on patio was great for getting morning news and one night we bbq'd, swam, and watched a movies. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and very spacious and comfortable and nice walk in closets. Of course the alarm on the back sliding door is probably required for insurance with the pool and we did not have any small kids but my other half loved having it as a great reminder for kids to close the door. The game room was also a hit for the kids. One of the things I have to give a big thank you for was investing in a great washer and dryer. The one thing I hate to have to do is spending a lot of time doing laundry on vacation. The extra large capacity washer and dryer was awesome. I could wash what would be 2 or 3 loads in my washer at home in one wash and then split it in two to dry. There was actually room to add more but didnt want to overload it. The dryer would have it dry in 60 to 90 mins. That is really a selling point for me when looking at vacation rentals. Brian was great to deal with and answer everything in a timely manner. Will rent again."
