"This condo was well-suited for our needs. It was clean, well-stocked, comfortable and quiet. We've stayed at Minorca properties for about 10 years now and we love the Inlet building because of the amazing ocean and intercoastal views, the layout of the units (huge sliders from both the master suite and the living room to the gigantic deck) and all the wonderful amenities Minorca has to offer (great pools, tennis courts, exercise facilities and direct ocean access as well as intercoastal dock fishing access across the street) all for a reasonable price. We loved our stay at this particular unit on the 12th floor, with a cozy couch, huge TV for relaxing evening viewing and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need including blender, griddle, toaster, coffee pot, tons of pots and pans and utensils, dishes, and even covered coffee cups. For the beach, there is an umbrella, beach chairs, towels and boogie boards and a cooler. Flagler, with all its shops and restaurants, is only a half-hour walk away by the beach. The surfing beach and fishing jetty is about 10-minute walk from Minorca. It's a beautiful place from which to take pictures of the sunrise on the beach every morning and to walk to town for coffee, to relax on the deck in the late afternoon and watch the activity on the beach and boardwalk and to watch the sunset and the Ponce Inlet lighthouse in the evening. We love eating at The Garlic for dinner but we also tried Norwood's this time. $17 for a half pound of crab (more than I could eat!) and it was the best I've ever had-
not a bite of fishiness, even at the joints! We also rented a pontoon boat for half a day at Gerry's Marina next to Merks and buzzed up the intercoastal. Also love to rent bikes for a day and bike the beach and the town. Don't forget to go over the bridge and check out the rest of NSB. Can't beat it!"
