  • Homey Sweet Home

"We stayed at this lovely apartment for 3 1/2 months(actually left yesterday). I miss it already. A very nice spot in the world of downtown St. Petersburg,a perfect location for walking, biking and most activities one might enjoy. Close to great restaurants, The Palladium Theare(from Opera to Jazz),, a multiplex movietheater, the beautiful Tampa Bay, a fabulous heated lap pool a few blocks away, wine bars, beer joints, museums. Whatever strikes your fancy. The apartment itself is in a quiet back street with nice friendly neighbors. It was very cozy and comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Many windows let the sunshine in and good blinds kept it out when we desired. The kitchen was complete and fun to cook in. I finally found the garlic press as we were leaving (in the back of the drawer) which reconfirmed my awareness that Debby thought of everything. If only I had dug a little deeper and had had more faith. We totally enjoyed our time in our sweet apartment and thank Debby and Geoff for providing us with a lovely home for our stay in St. Petes."

  • The Perfect Family Place!

"Our extended family enjoyed two delightful weeks in this lovely home in Palm Harbour! You know how hard it is to choose and then wonder for weeks will it be the perfect place? Well, this was the perfect place! Great floor plan, with lots of seating, great kitchen table for lots of family games, superb pool area with complete privacy and no neighbor noise, with the bonus that it backs up to a conservation area full of wildlife! Completely stocked kitchen, where we made fresh ravioli as a family dinner project! Linda was a joy to work with and makes the whole process so easy. There is so much to do in the Tampa area, so many firsts for our family and so many great, great memories! Thank you to the fantastic owners for sharing your lovely home with us!"

  • Amazing Unit, Amazing Owner

"Rented Unit #213 on VRBO website. Owner Jeff Miley could not have been more accommodating. We arrived in Florida earlier than expected and after a quick phone call was able to access our unit earlier than the advertised time. The Unit- Unit is a large, well cared for two bedroom unit. Master has a queen bed, private bath with shower, walk in closet, double sinks, and a television with remote, and an both an ocean and canal view. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and television with remote. A large living room with sleeper sofa, comfy chair, and recliner with an attached dining area and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops make you feel right at home. A main bath with tub completes the unit. Also, the unit has a large balcony that has both ocean and canal views as well. In addition, the unit is equiped with a full size washer and dryer, and a "community" closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, games, etc. compiled by all those who have rented. Pretty cool I thought. We left a couple of beach chairs, and an umbrella as well. The property- Private parking for each unit is located in the ground floor parking deck beneath the main building. The parking for this unit is literally right beside the main entrance, and although it is convenient, the spot itself can be tight for an suv or minivan. There are other options in that you can use guest parking spots as well. The building features tons of security as most all doors require a key including the main entrance and the entrances to the pool and beach area. The Pool/Beach- Pool area is superb. Nice sized pool with steps and ladders, lots of beach lounger chairs around it, two gas bbq grills and dining area with tables. A separate building next to the pool houses pool showers and restrooms. Very clean and well kept. The beach is accessed through a gate attached to the ocean side of the pool area and is equipped with a rinse shower. Beach is of course amazing. Indian Shores is a much quieter alternative to Clearwater Beach, although you can be in Clearwater in 10 minutes. Definitely take the time to drive 5 min north to Haze ice cream in Indian Rocks! Again, Unit 213 was one of the nicest and most well appointed condos we have rented on the Gulf Coast and the price is unbeatable. Can't wait to get back next summer!"

  • A very nice condo for a Florida vacation

"My wife and I spent two weeks in the condo in January 2016. The condo was clean, well furnished, and had everything most people would need. The owner, Yves, was easy to work with and truly cared about our stay. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Indian Shores area. The grounds of the complex were always clean. We had a great time. Thanks Yves."
