  • Fantastic, well-maintained property.

"We had a wonderful week in Seaview 302! Check in was easy, the owner and property manager were easy to work with and very helpful. Unit was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The beach was awesome--we saw Dolphins, manatees, and sting rays! A sea turtle even snuck up one night and layed eggs while we were there! Never too crowded at the pool or on the beach. Plan on staying here again in the future!"

  • Nice condo

"We stayed in condo# 25258 which was a second floor 3 bedroom unit, there were only 4 adults so we never used the 3rd bedroom, the condo had two king beds and two full bathrooms in each of the two main bedrooms, one was ocean view with a slider access to the large balcony, the other two bedrooms were in the front, this condo had all tile floors which is a plus, all appliances worked, had all pots and pans, ect. aircondition worked fine, washer and dryer all worked fine, would have liked to had a recliner or two in place of the swivel chairs in living area to kick back at night ,this condo also had two covered parking spaces which came in handy to keep our beach chairs, floats, ect. after we returned from the beach,we have visited this area for several years as well, all in all codo was very clean,no bugs, there was issues on and off with the elevator the two weeks we were there, but being on the 2nd floor was a bonus for that, and my first contact was with the owner and after that plumlee rental handled the rest of the booking, just one more small thing was we had to drive to rental office to obtain key as well as drive back to drop off the key when we left, maybe being able to leave the keys in the condo would be a big help and eliminate an extra drive back to plumlee office, that said,i would rent this condo again."

  • A Wonderful Vacation Spot

"I was informed a couple weeks before our trip that Cherie, the very nice lady that I had been addressing my questions/concerns to for the past few months, was no longer employed with the rental company. Since I was now having to deal with someone new to me, there were a couple issues. Where Cherie had been handling any questions or issues up to this point, Brittany now felt I should contact the owner directly with questions/concerns instead of going through the rental company. Maybe that's the proper way, I don't know. I just felt like since Cherie had been handling everything for me, whoever was to take her place should continue to do so. And since I have never rented a condo before, I felt like the customer service was lacking a bit on Brittany's part. Although I felt a little put off by her attitude, Brittany did come through in the end. Anyway..... The condo is absolutely beautiful and just steps from the beach. Most everything you need is provided as far as dishes, linens, towels, etc. You will need things like trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. If you forget anything, there is a Winn Dixie and a Publix right down the road. A word of advice: if anyone intends on sleeping on the couch, bring a couple blankets. The air blows right toward the couch, so it stays a little chilly. 2 keys are provided to the condo. After noticing that one of ours didn't work, we called the rental office. A lady soon there after, brought us a working key and was super nice. The only complaint we had as far as cleanliness was the lamp shades and overhead lighting, which was very thick with dust. There were a couple of things broken that the owner was in the process of repairing, but nothing that took away from our wonderful vacation. There is a pool on the property, as well as grills. There are chairs and umbrellas on the beach if you are interested in renting them. People do fish on this beach, so you may think about bringing water shoes. I do want to say that the owner was very kind and accommodating. She was nice enough to purchase us a parking pass for the week since we were bringing 2 vehicles. We had an awesome week and hope to stay in your condo again in the future. Thank you MJ for everything."

  • Fabulous views over a beautiful beach

"The apartment has the most wonderful views from the sitting room and master bedroom. The terrace is great. The bedrooms are large and the beds are super comfy AND massive. The pool and seating areas are kept immaculately clean. The well maintained beach is gorgeous with soft sand and the sea is beautiful to swim in. The apartment is well situated for using the tram to John's Pass and beyond. There are supermarkets and bars/restaurants nearby. The ones opposite have a basic menu but are good value for money and have great staff. The staff at the condo were friendly and helpful, particularly Jeff, who works so hard. It was easy to get around and we went out on a few trips eg dolphin watching, ten pin bowling, and to the cinema (love the reclining seats!). In the high heat and humidity of July it was difficult for us Brits to use the outside space as much as we would have liked (!)and the air conditioning was great in the living space but wasn't able to keep the bedrooms cool enough at night for comfort. The pool was coolest in the morning and quietest around 5pm. When the pool was busy it was rather full of lilos which wasn't always the best and you had to keep your wits about you if ball games were being played! There were some rather loud families staying at the same time as us who were taking their vacation very seriously beer wise but were fun to watch! The thunderstorms were dramatic and were great to watch from the terrace. A few minor improvements would make this place perfect: - better air con - more space in the kitchen for storing groceries as there was only one empty cupboard up high which was a challenge for anyone short (like me!) - a tin opener that works! - earlier pool opening as it doesn't open till 10 and we are early risers and love to swim in the cool of the morning, although we did swim in the sea at 8 am every day which was lovely - instructions on how all the equipment works eg cooker, dishwasher as it was unfamiliar to us, although we did work stuff out - some glass wine glasses rather than just plastic ones, we did try to find some to use and then donate but there were none at the Publixs we visited. But we had a relaxing week after the frantic activity of Orlando, thank you."
