Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath spacious condo on Madeira Beach. Balcony entrances off both the Master Bedroom and Livingroom. Amazing Gulf views year round. Just a few steps away from the pool and beach. Enjoy grilling fresh sea food at the grill provided on property along with fully stocked kitchen or visit the many conveniently located restaurants.
What makes us unique?

Like always Lisa and Greg are great at communicating and answering any questions. Love staying here when we visit Maderia Beach. They have everything you need in the condo and it is always clean.

Family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Seaview! We are already planning our trip back for next year! Lisa was always quick to respond! We absolutely loved they provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels! Us and the kids always enjoyed an evening in the pool and hot tub after a night out to dinner! Would highly recommend if wondering if you should stay in Seaview!

The Condo was well taken care of. The place was very comfortable, and felt like home, it made you want to take care of evrything like it was your home. I liked that the place had alot of beach chairs to use on the beach. We have been going to Madeira Beach for 12 years now, and I think we have found our Condo!!. Will definitely be back again to this Condo. Thank You.

Very nice

We had a wonderful time. Very well furnished,clean amazing view. Only negative is the third bedroom is very small. I would say third bedroom is for kids not adults.

Family vacation

We all had an enjoyable time, the weather was fantastic. Just a couple of improvements would be more beach toys, since this has 3 bedrooms and probably rented most to families. Also, there was no laundry detergent to wash towels, which they expected you to do before leaving. Otherwise, very comfortable and accommodating

Overall, Seaview Condominiums is a great place to stay. I would definitely return. However, there were a few issues. The elevator was broken the first few days and we were on the third floor. My mom was with us and she has two bad knees. It was quite difficult for her to navigate stairs in record breaking heat without AC to top it off. Everyone we talked to at the pool received some money back from the owners of the condo due to this issue, but we did not. Instead, we got a four star rating for voicing concerns that we may not be able to keep the reservation if my mom couldn’t make it up the stairs. Also, three of the four beds were extremely uncomfortable. It’s been a while since I’ve had to sleep with springs digging into me. Last of all, the third bedroom is not a bedroom. It’s a storage closet with a bed and dresser. It was very small, no window, and no closet. You really can’t beat the location though and everything else about the condo was fine.

Loved our stay here! Condo was clean and provided all of us with enough room. Owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. The location is fantastic. The views are incredible from the balcony. Owners are awesome! Thanks for the great family vacation!

Great week

Had a great stay with my husband and 3 kids. The location to the beach was beautiful and we even got to see a few dolphins from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed.

We had the most amazing stay! The condo had everything you could ever need! The check in process was seamless! The building is wonderful, you are so close to the beach. I love having access codes vs keys. I can't say enough! Thank you for an amazing experience!!

Wonderful Stay

The Condo was perfect. Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Including an abundance of beach toys and beach towels. Greg and Lisa were excellent host and was always very quick to respond. First time staying in Madeira Beach and we loved the location. Two fabulous restaurants directly across the street. We plan on many future stays.

Amazing

This was such a nice condo. It was clean. Everything you could need was available board games for the kids to a can opener beach toys and beach towels. We couldn’t of asked for a better property to have our vacation at and we are already planning next years trip!

Amazing View

The views were amazing from this condo. Saw many dolphins from the balcony and from the beach. We even saw 2 manatees. This condo has everything you need for your family to enjoy your stay. Games, beach supplies, utensils. This was our first time staying on the Gulf side of Florida. We will definitely be back.

Getaway from the cold

We have stayed her several times in the past. Bathrooms have been updated and very pretty. The weather not as pretty. Lol. Oh well better than Indiana at -6.

Great Beach Place

The condo was as described; it was comfortably decorated and perfect for our family beach vacation. The unit was exceptionally clean (shout out to the cleaning crew). The beach is just steps away, there are numerous excellent restaurants in walking distance and Publix grocery store is a five minute drive (we shopped for groceries everyday so having a grocery store close was very convenient). Only suggestion for our host is to have some basic spices in the cupboard so guest don’t need to buy salt/pepper/etc to cook breakfast or a simple meal. The condo maintenance personnel could also improve the experience of guests by sweeping the sand out of the elevator and wiping down the glass in the elevator daily. We plan to return.

Beach and Baseball

This was our second stay at a Seaview beachfront condo. The location is excellent for not only a beach vacation but also to travel and see spring training baseball. Madeira Beach has an array of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. The condo has all the comforts of a beach home if one prefers to hang out on the beach or sit on the spacious balcony and watch sunsets, diving birds, and dolphins. We had a glitch our first day when a storm the night before knocked out cable, internet, and air conditioning; Upon notification, the property manager and owners, responded quickly with ongoing communication and emergency technicians resolved issues promptly. With their attentiveness and genuine concern, there was no negative impact on our vacation. We would certainly go back for another stay.

Best of the best

We have stated many VRBO condos over the past several years. We frequently choose places after several weeks in advance after many hours of careful review. This go around however we were unable to spend any time as our vacation plans had to be rescheduled. We were lucky to find any places available in Florida. This was the last minute reservation. As it turns out this was the best condo that we have ever rented from VRBO over the course of the past 10 years. The condo itself was incredible in its location and its amenities. The location was directly on the beach and walking from our condo to the pool to the beach took less than 2 minute. That being said the pool itself was a nice size. The pool has numerous chairs with umbrellas - there was never a struggle to get one even with a full house. The condo itself is beautiful. Leather sofa has recliners on the ends. The TV and cable are like mine at home. Washer and dryer are easy to use and efficient. All 3 room had upgraded bedding and the beds themselves were superior than any hotel. The master suite is larger than most hotel rooms and the walk in closet was ideal for big packers like us. Kitchen was good enough as we tend to eat out for dinner - breakfast and lunch are simple. Coffeemaker and fridge worked great. The Ice maker made enough for us to pack a cooler for the beach each day. AC was ice cold and after a long day it was perfect. I cannot say enough about the location and how close you are to the beach. We always stay "on the beach" but end up walking 5 minutes from our room to the beach on a walk way of some sort. This condo has a pool on the actual beach. Likewise when you are on the balcony you are 50 feet from the beach. It makes a difference. The balcony is huge BTW and we actually used to eat and relax. The condo owners are really amazing. They reached out and worked with us every step of the way. Very nice and understanding owners make a difference as you can tell they want upgrades within their condo. The on-site management is kinda wonky but nice and responsive. You have to pay $20 for a pool pass and parking. It is a deposit so you get it back at the end of your stay. The management has odd hours but they are nice. Location is the best and has the easiest access to all attractions.

beyond expectations

Booked online, the next day they had contacted us for me to fill out some paperwork, easy process, the condo itself is absolutely beautiful, great location, we got tied up in a lot of traffic driving down, I contacted the office and they said no problem, they texted me the building code and room code and would get with me later, owners were awesome and office personnel was great to work with, will definitely stay here again

We had an amazing time! The rental was super clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! It was myself my husband and our two kids (1&3) they were very accommodating with high chairs- pack and plays and lots of beach toys and floats for the pool! We already booked next year!

Dream view

This was our first time renting with VRBO, we enjoyed every part of the process. The owners were great, we chatted a few days before. The property manager was amazing, accommodating, and always available if needed. The area was great, close to everything and yet not super touristy. We use Instacart to have groceries delivered for the week. THE VIEW!! Incredible, literally a breath of fresh air. The patio doors open alllll the way. Sunsets on the balcony were just as great as on the beach. There is a closet FULL of beach gear and coolers, everything you need to spend a day on the beach.
