"We rented this condo for a girls' trip. This condo was really nice and clean. Nice location. The overall building was a little outdated, but not the condo. The building is secured. You must have a key to enter the building. We enjoyed the balcony and the amenities (pool and hot tub). We also enjoyed walking along the beach. Would recommend this condo. The property owner is not local, but the property owner has a property manager that lives within the building. Both were very help before and during our stay. Thanks for everything!"

  • Holiday in Key West

"The property is very nice. We liked the location even though the neighborhood was a bit run down. We biked everywhere and found that the best way to get around. The house was perfect size for a party of seven. The house is dated and does need some minor repairs and updates, like replace grout in bathrooms. Over all it is kept up nicely. We enjoyed our time at the house and Key West."

  • Fantastic!

"My sister and I rented this house out for our (elderly) parents when we all went on vacation. Wheel chair access for our father was easy, the residents and staff on site were super friendly, and Sherri was very responsive with my questions about the area/island. The house was well equipped- even with stuff we didn't think we would need but ended up using daily (beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc) and is located on a quiet street. It's very accessible via a short walking/biking distance to where we spent our days in the busier part of the key. We plan on renting it again in a few months."

  • 1800 Atlantic Ave

"The building is made up of 3 sections A,B,C. I think most of the rental's are in A and C. In building C several of the condo's open to the street and some have an ocean view. The condo's that open to the busy street are subject to traffic noise. The noise is tolerable but in my estimation, you should pay a little more and get a condo that opens to the pool or away from the street. If you rent a condo that opens to the street, it would be better to be on the 3rd or 4th floor. We rented on the 2nd floor. The condo was very nice. We had a few issues, but they were resolved when we notified management. We would stay there again. It is away from the busy downtown area. I think a car is needed. There are no major grocery stores within walking distance. It is however, 4 minutes to the airport. Make sure everyone in your party has a set of keys. Every gate and door has a lock. I think this is one area that needs improvement. At least change from keys to cards."
