  • Sugar shack

"We totally enjoyed our week at Sugar Shack at Seagrove Beach. Management company totally responsive to our requests. Condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Balcony view is awesome. Enjoyed this area of gulf with crystal clear water and white sugar sand. Will definitely return."

  • Lives up to the name!

"My husband and I booked Top Shelf to celebrate my 50th birthday. The moment we walked in to "that view" and saw the nicely decorated rooms, I knew we picked the perfect spot! The condo is down a secluded street and is on the top floor (no heavy footfalls from above), so it's nice and quiet. The condo has a private garage right next to the elevator, which is a nice plus. I'm a little weird in that I love to cook while on vacation. I was worried I wouldn't have everything I needed to whip up my meals, but I was delighted to find that they have everything - and I do mean everything - on site from pans, gadgets, sharp cutting knives and even a ton of spices in the kitchen. We slept in the main bedroom and a friend took the middle room and both beds were comfortable. It was a nice that you could open the door in the main bedroom and hear the waves lapping on the beach. In the morning, you could see the pink from the sunrise, but the best part was the sunsets. Wow - they were so vibrant! The living room was comfy too - lots of furniture for all to sit together and a giant TV and DVD player (each bedroom had them too). When we had a problem with getting the DVD player to come on, the owners had the maintenance man there in minutes. But, the best part was the beach. Just walk down your stairs and you're on the most gorgeous powder sugar sand ever. And, the colors of the water! Simply stunning. My only caution is if you have problems navigating beach chairs down 4 flights of stairs, this may be a challenge for you. I'd suggest renting beach chairs from the service offering it all along the beach. You could take the elevator, but you'd have a ways to walk around from there as there's no first floor cut through from the front to the back. I can't recommend this more highly to anyone and I would go back in a heartbeat."

  • Best vacation ever!!! Amazing views

"My family met here from three different states for a week and it was heaven! We absolutely loved everything! The beds were comfortable, beach towels were thick and big, the chairs and umbrellas were all in great shape and really helped keep the packing light. We spent most of our time on the beach or the back porch, which was very spacious! The beach is private so never too crowded. Debi was very prompt in answering questions and very thorough in all of her instructions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

  • Wonderful stay with a few minor issues

"My family just enjoyed a great week-long stay at "Myers on the Beach". The location is really hard to beat considering that the condo is steps away from an amazing beach that isn't overly populated, even during one of the busiest weeks of the year since we were there over Memorial Day weekend. We had stayed in Seagrove before and really like the easy access to both Seaside and Rosemary communities. The beachside porch was spacious, beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We only had a few minor issues during our stay. The wifi at the condo was spotty at best, and we had several different types of devices that couldn't seem to connect with any consistency. We also had an interesting dynamic of the owner of our condo staying in a separate condo directly behind the building while we were there, and we had our hand slapped for keeping the exterior sliding door open too long shortly after arriving at the condo. I understand the need to keep the door closed to keep the AC from freezing up, but it caused us to feel like the owner was constantly watching our every move. We also had some issues with the owner and the umbrella company, with him providing some very strict guidance to the rental company about where his umbrella had to be located on the beach despite the fact that he wasn't out on the beach. We were simply hoping to have our umbrella beside our tent, and he was very strict with the rental company that his umbrella had to be at the end of the line. Thankfully, the umbrella rental company was great to work with and they were willing to be flexible to help us meet our needs despite the protest from the condo owner. Finally, one other minor turn off was that the condo building itself has very strict rules that tents can't be placed during behind the building, requiring us to place our tent over to the side. We had a very good stay and our issues were minor, but wanted to provide an honest review of our experience."
