"Our first time staying in this area. Extremely satisfied. Owner/property management and accommodations exceeded any expectations we had. Family friendly area. Condominium was beautiful and everything up to date. We will definitely be back!"

  • Great Condo & View!

"We were a group of 7 adults and 5 kids. We loved the condo, the access to the beach was so quick and easy!! The view off of the balconies (there is a balcony off the master bedroom also) is fantastic- you don't even see the road unless you look down and barely, if it at all, hear any traffic. On our one rainy afternoon, the kiddos loved being able to visit the nice gift shop on the bottom level of our building- treasures were found :) There is a wonderful closet that contained a beach wagon (awesome!!) and some beach towels- both of which take up so much room when packing. There was also a storage closet in the parking garage that had all sorts of chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, etc.. that we were able to use- the kids were thrilled. The bedrooms were all great, beds were VERY comfortable- just be aware the small bunk room is small- kids only, it was tight for our single adult. The kitchen had K-cups, creamers, snacks and some other amenities were in the closet that were nice not to have to purchase at the grocery. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great for cooking in, although we did wish there was a larger (non-stick) skillet, but that was a minor detail. We had a clogged drain issue on the first day and it was taken care of immediately- great service! We would highly recommend this condo and hope to come back some day soon!"

  • Superior unit at a nice complex

"Every Thanksgiving, my family of four typically stays at the luxury homes/townhomes about a half mile up the beach. These are huge places with 3-4 floors, but cost nearly $400 per night this time of year and the last few trips, have not been really clean and often aren't supplied with much. This year, we thought we'd try this three-bedroom unit right by the Whale's Tail (beach restaurant). We are thrilled with our choice. The unit was very clean, very well equipped with new furniture, and bedding, and you can tell that the owners think of the unit as much more than a money maker. It was a nice, spacious "home." Some extras: New Samsung appliances, washer/dryer (not new, but functional), TVs in every room (we didn't use, but they were nice), fold-out crib and pack-n-play (didn't use, but nice for families), good patio/balcony furniture, and much more. Also, great view of the Gulf from the master bedroom and living room (each with sliding doors and access to balcony), awesome kitchen faucet (you can tell that the owners aren't doing this on the cheap to reap greater margins), and easy access to the beach. The only "disappointments" were minor and had nothing to do with the owners; it was out of their hands. Since this is the low season, the building was under heavy maintenance/reconstruction. The third-floor walkway from the parking garage (which we really needed due to so much luggage, food, etc.) was closed for repairs (the building opened it for Thanksgiving Day), about 70% of the outside pool and pool deck and a hot tub were closed/roped off due to painting crews on the front of the building over those sections (opened Thanksgiving Day), and the painting crews had scaffolding held by ropes and heavy-duty wires over a large portion of the building. Luckily for us, it was in front of Building B and not A, where we were. I would have been upset if I had to look out of our windows to see scaffolding and wires. I felt bad for the people in those units. Though the remodeling was an inconvenience, it does tell us that the building/association cares enough to keep the place in top form, and I guess you just have to assume that they will do the work in the winter and not in high season. Still, the owners have no role in what work is going on and where, and every single thing that was in the owners' control was incredible and beyond what you'd expect from rentals. You just know they care. We highly recommend this unit and these owners."

  • Overall an 8

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only a few suggestions - there is a shelf in the hallway, outside the master BR, it should come down, it is in a spot that you constantly have to watch your head. The tub was stopped up from day 1. Other than those 2 things it is a great place, my fiancé and I had a wonderful week !"
