  • nice and comfortable house very nice property managers.

"we had 4 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of room. the people that rented us the place were very nice and it was very easy. the house is cute, could stand a new dishwasher, the one there works but the front is cracked and a little hard to open. a/c works great, has wifi and cable tv. dock works for boat, it is not a floating dock so be careful how you tie your boat up. overall we had a great time, swimming over at dog island is wonderful. the town has a grocery store not to far from the house and the people are friendly. thanks for a good time. • Great Therapy!

"The sunsets here are amazibg! The house was very comfortable and we recommend this home. Brent was a gracious host. The location was farther from our event that we thought, but wiorth the extra drive. Angelo's Restaurant just up the road was a great place to eat. Only snag we hit was that the Internet didn't work the weekend we were there and the dock was still under repair. Highly recommend."

  • very private getaway

"we stayed for 5 days, it was awesome, this is not a resort it is private, what you see is what you get, we loved it, we saw 1 other person from the house and heard one person call his dog, never talked to anyone around the house, there was just no one around. made the stay great. was able to catch fish and crab everyday from the dock behind the house, eat fresh seafood for supper every day. we will go back it was just an awesome get away. Joe the owner even called to make sure we made it safe, it says a lot about the owner. looking forward to going back."

  • Wow! Found our vacation house for years to come!

"This was the first house my family has rented, and were a bit nervous about the whole process. Jim, the owner, took the time to email and call us and answer any and all our questions. The rental process went very smoothly. The pictures don't lie! This house was just as the pictures look on the website (no unpleasant surprises). Ok, the house is actually better than the pictures. House - the house is open concept at it's best. The living room, dinning room and kitchen are one big room, yet cleverly separated (this is where everyone hung out when inside and there was plenty of seating). There is also a big room upstairs that's another great place to hang out (this is where our kids hung out with each other). The house has such an open feeling to it with all the windows. On one side you look out into the bay (where dolphins could be seen every morning) and on the other side you're looking at the ocean. The bedrooms are decent size and no one felt crowded (we had six kids with us). Bathrooms were roomy (enough for mom to change and bath/shower kids with another kid brushing their teeth). The front deck (facing ocean) is like a room itself. Lots of conversation/bonding took place on it. The back deck was used to view the bay. The house is next to other houses, but you couldn't tell when you were in the house (quiet neighborhood). House was very clean and comfortable. Beach - Literally footsteps away. We felt like we had our own private beach. You could look down yonder and see a group of people that was a public beach, but no one was near us. This was nice for we could let the kids spread out on the beach with their stuff/toys and not worry about anyone taking anything. There were crabs, starfish, fish, hermit crabs, and such that could be found during the day. Yet not too many that any of the kids were afraid to swim in the ocean. At night the kids liked to walk the beach with a flashlight and see all the fiddle crabs - like all hundreds of them! We found shells, built sand castles, took walks, flew kites, and just hung out on the beach. The first night at the house, while sitting out on the beach watching the sun set, my husband asked me, "How much do you think Jim wants for the place?" Needless to stay, we love the house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and reluctantly recommend it to others (who may take it the week we want to come back :) Seriously, this house is a treasure."
