  • Excellent Condo

"This unit is very well kept and furnished and up to date. Walking distance to Pier Park, which is a very family friendly hangout area with tons of shops and restaurants. One note: parking is in a covered garage which is great. We had a tall van and had to call the owner of some property across the street to ask if we could park in his parking lot. He was very friendly and accommodated us. Charged a reasonable $10 per day The condo attendants are very familiar so it wasn't a problem. Just stressed a little at first. Highly recommend this unit. We'll try to get it again, next time we travel to PCB."

  • Beautiful comfortable home

"We come to Inlet Beach yearly as a family & decided to introduce our favorite beach to friends this year so we shared this home with another family. It was just enough room for 2 couples with it's two master bedrooms. The little kids of our friends slept on the floor in their bedroom, and our 4 children slept in the extra bedroom upstairs (2 double beds and a trundle bed). Pros: *The decks on this house were one of the best things about it! Huge wrap-around porch with comfortable patio furniture on the main floor, and another deck on the top floor with great views of the stars. One of the best nights was hanging on the top floor deck listening to music and watching shooting stars. *The firepit - although we only used it once, it's a nice feature. Fun to dig your toes in the sand and feel those ocean breezes. *The outdoor shower - crowd favorite! *The kitchen- well-supplied with enough seating for a crowd (six around the bar, 6 at the table, 6 on the porch table outside) with room to move around. 3 adults working in the kitchen to prep dinner or the day's catch was not too crowded. *Fullsize washer and dryer made drying off those wet beach towels a snap. *Included beach supplies - seriously, don't even bring sand toys. The storage box on the deck is FULL of sand toys, body boards (I think there were 4?), nets, plastic boats. I can't even remember what all was in there but when I opened it I remember wishing I hadnt wasted room in the car bringing our sand toys. *Covered parking for the cars *The privacy & low crowds at Inlet Beach are always our favorite. This year was no exception. Cons: *Many of our bath towels smelled terribly of cigarette smoke when we arrived. A quick fix in the washer, but still gross when you're toweling off after a shower & just realizing it *We were told that there was a crockpot & beach cart at the house for our use & neither were there upon our arrival. Annoying because we had to change our dinner plans and hauling 6 kids beach stuff with no cart is a pain, but on the pro side, the management company went out and purchased both & brought it over so on the plus side -great customer service! * The beach is only visible (barely) from the top deck of the house. We knew it wasn't beach front property, but it was a bit farther than we thought & the steps (I think one of the kids counted 62) leading to it was a hot and sweaty affair in July heat. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful home. Highly recommend."

  • Relaxing and beautiful

"Our family really enjoyed staying at The Last Resort. It was a perfect vacation get away. The house has everything you need and a great pool. At the beach the crystal clear water was outstanding this year and we had a great view of the amazing emerald coast while sitting on the deck. Susan and Donal were wonderful host and so friendly. We hope to return and enjoy this rare gem! Sharon Monroe Louisiana P.S. Our four legged children loved it too!"

  • Quiet, beautiful beach with magnificient sunsets

"Inlet Beach is quiet and beautiful in November. The condo is right next to a small state park, so there are no houses on one side - just beach and the inlet. You'd never know it's conveniently about 2 miles to the grocery store and a little further to Buddy's Seafood store in Panama City Beach. Rosemary Beach is a mile away from this cozy condo, easily accessible by bike. The huge deck is the perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunset or cook out. The furniture and beds are comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, and the kitchen is updated. Next to the condo, there's a boardwalk over the dunes to get to the beach. Our rentals have gone smoothly for three years now. We had one small problem which was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Janice is gracious and concerned about her renters. Thanks for the relaxing memories! See you next year!"
