This was a great weekend getaway place! Very clean house with a nice outside space! Beds were comfortable and location was great!

Property manager was very helpful during the check-in process and accommodating. House and pool were just as in the photos, our family had a wonderful time.

Very clean and comfortable home. Giant bed in the master and they had a pack n play available for our little one. They also had a beach umbrella and toys available which we took advantage of. Communication was wonderful and even in a hurricane it was a lovely stay. Definitely would recommend.

Really enjoyed this property. Super clean, very new. Great kitchen. Location very peaceful and close to both the city as well as the beaches. Certainly will be back soon!

Recently I stayed at this Sarasota property while moving. Think of it like an older Honda Civic: reliable, straightforward, and without unnecessary frills. As a local who values simplicity, I appreciated its straightforward amenities. Over my nearly two-week stay, I found it equipped with all the essentials I needed. The kitchen was adequate to cook 3 meals a day in and the fenced-in backyard and outdoor area were a particular highlight for me, providing a serene space to relax. Its location in one of the remaining pockets of old Sarasota is both charming and genuine, offering an escape from the more gentrified parts of town. For those in search of authenticity and function, and don’t care to over pay for cheap livelaughlove decor and a keurig they won’t use this is your spot. Highly recommended!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 (2, 10, 12 year old daughters). The title of backyard oasis is 100% accurate. The pool, patio, and yard are beautiful and in immaculate condition. The pool is a perfect size and well-stocked with toys. Lots of choices for seating outside including a nice large table. The pool has a shallow wading area which was perfect for our 2 year old to play on. Complete with a fountain and an umbrella! The inside is gorgeous, modern, clean, and very comfortable for a group our size. Only about a 15 min drive to Siesta Key beach. The house is stocked with beach chair, umbrella, cooler, and toys. We asked about boogie boards and MJ (the host) got some for us! We were so happy with our stay. We raved about it all week and would absolutely stay there again!

Condo was very clean and beautiful view. I was there for work, commute was not bad and close to everything else I needed.

Joel was fantastic, accommodating and everything went wonderfully. We will be back at this location again. Cheers
