  • Family Vacation

"Despite the wind and rain from a tropical storm in the gulf, we had a great family vacation. Everything we needed was provided in this unit, we were somewhat skeptical but quickly realized we had over packed in anticipation that the description would be more than the reality. We would not hesitate to recommend Somerset 807 to anyone and would look for availability here for our future vacations."

  • Oh my GOODNESS!

"What an amazing week we just experienced. The condo was great, just as described. The beach is beautiful and the island is the absolute best I have experienced. Cruises have nothing over Marco. There is so much to do on the island. Our favorite experience was the Sea Shell Tours with Eric and Samantha. Our favorite places to eat were Joeys and Margarita's. Tom has a beautiful Condo in the perfect spot. He always responded very quickly to my questions. I would highly recommend vacationing here through Tom. I plan on returning, hopefully next October! God certainly blessed us with a week of beauty and relaxation! ! Can't wait to go again!"

  • Best family vacation ever

"We booked the house for New Year's week and had the best time! The location-minutes from Tigertail beach, on a canal and with a lovely pool and play area and its spaciousness made this the perfect house for three generations to celebrate the holidays. The perfect weather helped but with three levels there was room for the sons in law to work, the babies to sleep and all to enjoy each other's company. First level has a big game room with a desk and poker table, tv and games galore. There is a half bath which opens to back-pool, lounge chairs, dining table, shaded seating area, sandy play yard overlooking dock on canal-jumping fish, pelicans, egrets, bald eagles and herons. The pool water was comfortably heated and the back is gated so the men could fish without worrying about the 2 1/2 year old. The main level has a large living/dining room which opens to a porch which runs along the back of the house-seating and dining areas with a beautiful view of the mangroves. Very large master, beautiful master bath, den, two bedrooms with shared bath, well equipped laundry room and well laid out and furnished eat in kitchen. We ate dinner in every night and found everything we needed-nice charcoal grill and unlike other rentals we have had there were lots of spices, oil and vinegar etc. The third level is a suite with a large bedroom and two small areas where we put two babies-one side has a crib and we brought a pack n play (there is one there). Those spaces open to stair cases but there were two big fans which we used for white noise. This is described as a 4 bedroom but we used it as a 6 bedroom. Tastefully but comfortably decorated and very clean. We highly recommend the house and the owner is a joy."
