  • Relaxing vacation spot, feels homey like staying with a friend.

"Better than pictured, with beautiful antiques and decor. Fully functioning kitchen with every tool one needs for great home cooked meals. Clean and well maintained, with modern conveniences, within yards from beach access, feels like you are on your private island as there were few people at certain times within viewing distance. Relaxing with a book out on the covered porch with the sound of the surf and breeze from the ceiling fans made for peaceful afternoons. Early morning walks on the beach and collecting shells was a great way to start every day. The house is in the one of the best locations on the island, with the great views at any time of the day. This was our second trip to LGI and this property, we will definitely be coming back again."

  • Great stay

"We loved our stay here. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Cozy and comfy. We enjoyed sitting on the porches. We spent time in canoe and kayaking. We fished off the dock and enjoyed seeing the dolphins. We would definitely stay there again."

  • Tropical paradise

"My husband and I just spent 5 days at this home on the island. The first 3 days it rained but it was a blessing in disguise. It gave us time to really wind down and relax. It didn't rain hard so we ere still able to get out. One thing I say is a must is to rent a golf cart from Derek. He was super nice. We would have been lost with out our cart. It was so much fun exploring the island by golf cart. We saw turtles and armadillos while riding. On the sunny days we went to the beach and found many, many sharks teeth. We only left our stay a few days early so we could see more of the coast on our way home. I would say this was quite an adventure we had and we loved every minute. Especially the hammock on the porch!!"

  • Awesome Family Getaway

"This condo provided our family with an awesome getaway and perfect opportunity to spend time together. It was our first visit to LGI, and we had beautiful weather (sunny and 80s) every day. We enjoyed jumping waves in the warm Gulf water, exploring the island on the golf cart (we rented from Julie), playing games, doing puzzles and enjoying family meals on the lanai with the sound of ocean waves in the background. It's difficult to see the ocean from the condo due to palm trees separating the complex from the beach, but the ocean is merely a short walk through the "backyard." I believe it's probably one of the closest units to the beach. The island is full of beauty, fun, relaxation and shells galore. The condo had enough space for our family of five and was well equipped with kitchen needs and beach toys. Julie even provided a crockpot upon my request. The ferry rides were a great free service, but you do have to be careful to plan the times correctly when leaving and returning to the island. Julie was very helpful in providing us directions on our way there and was available when we had questions. She promptly sent us back our deposit upon our return."
