Ideal location. The lagoons are excellent for snorkeling and the unit had all snorkeling equipment provided. Room is as advertised…very nice! If I could offer one suggestion it would be to upgrade the lanai furniture.

My daughter and I enjoyed a short stay at the oceanfront beach rental in Kailua, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Shari, who hosted us, went above and beyond to make sure our visit was absolutely perfect.From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The beach rental was in pristine condition, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay.Shari’s communication was exceptional: she was available whenever we had a question and made us feel completely welcome and at ease. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attentiveness from a host, and it truly enhanced our experience.The location was unbeatable, just a few steps away from the ocean. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises and enjoying the calming sound of the waves set the perfect tone for each day.This stay was extra special as we were celebrating my daughter’s college graduation, and this beautiful property gave us the ideal setting to create lasting memories together.I can’t recommend this beach rental enough: it’s not just a place to stay, it’s an experience. Cherie greeted us on our day of arrival and gave us a tour of the property. We were so surprised by the nice welcome basket of Hawaiin treats & coffee in our room. Our kids really liked the room too, especially having 2 young men that are 6'6" liked having twin beds instead of sharing a bed! The fitness center was above average and utilized several times during our stay. We walked everyday on the path connecting all the lagoons/properties. We loved being able to walk from the property to the beach/lagoon. Pool was nice.I unfortunately left a bag behind and Cherie kindly packaged up my items and shipped it to me! Cherie was always responsive, friendly and kind. We hope to be back!

Christy (the host) was the best to work through VRBO customer service issues. She's very patient and was always available. Truly a remarkable host. The pictures of the condo property are right on, and the view from the lanai is spectacular. The condo was very clean and stocked with most of what you would find at your home. The partition to block off bed area from the living space is a bonus and was much appreciated for those going to bed early. Bed was comfortable. It was a bonus to have beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrella, and if you have children, there are some pool/beach items for them as well. From our lanai, there was no noise from the pool area, nor anywhere in our area. We were able to view 2 Hula shows from our lanai that were taking place across the street at the Hilton. Plus, there's a Friday Hula Show within the courtyard of the Ilikai. Wakaki Beach is within walking distance, as is many restaurants, shops, or sunset boat cruises. We were up every day to see the sunrise from our lanai and then view the sunset which is just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Pesca restaurant elevator was great for a bird's eye view of the harbor and sunset. Food and service were excellent. The Ilikai and this condo added to the best part of our 8-day trip to Oahu. Looking forward to returning and would only stay at the condo. Thank you, Christy, for the effort that you put forth to make this condo a great place to stay for your guests.

My husband, two children and I had a fantastic stay. Check in was smooth and welcoming with the property management. The condo was sparkling clean with a very nice kitchen. Utensils and pots and pans were great quality. We loved having a table and chairs on the lanai for enjoying meals outside. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect, the lagoon pool is beautiful and great for our kids at 3 ft - 3 1/2ft deep. The beach lagoon was right outside of the pool. We snorkeled and saw many types of fish. the water was so calm the kids could play. The condo had an array of beach gear, sand toys, and a cart which was very helpful. Overall this was a definite 5 star stay. We will be recommending this condo to our friends and hope to stay again.

We were so happy with this condo! The views are spectacular, the ocean view right there! Friday light fireworks, clean linens, utensils ready to cook food, drawers for clothes, washer & dryer huge plus!!! Close by stores to grab food: i suggest safeway is better than walmart 100%, no chicken or beef at walmart. The condo was very clean, very easy access to beachfront, private gate goes right out to the beach, we used a water proof phone carrier for the key & door code & just left everything else in the room so we could swim without phones! The steak place right below is fantastic, abc stores everywhere, easy walking to many designer stores, we walked everywhere, rented a car nearby, walked there, drive for a day was like $25 in gas because not many miles! Be sure to go to waimea falls, dole plantation, macadamia nut farm, luau, pearl harbor, drive the coast. Try dolphins & u as well!! What else...!! Lots of food options, but we walked to walmart, big mistake, its a mess there, 1.5 miles away and ubered back but saved on eating out, went to safeway and realized way more meat options! You gotta try hawaiian fish, we tried blue marlin and some others, yum! You gotta book this condo, next time we hope we will book the same one! Snorkle gear there as well, no flippers. Beach towels, beach chairs and much more for use!!! We loved our stay!! The condo + waikiki beach was a fantasy come true! Thank you!!!!

What a great place to stay on Oahu! The Beach Villas are a lovely, peaceful, world away from the craziness of Honolulu and Waikiki. We absolutely loved the location. This condo is wonderful - clean, comfortable and well stocked with dishes, cookware and everything we needed. We loved opening the huge sliders to the lanai and having our coffee each morning with an ocean view. The saltwater lap pool was warm and inviting. There were always plenty of loungers and the pool itself was rarely busy. The resort has beautiful grounds and a great beachside bar with live music each night. It is definitely a serene getaway compared to the nearby Marriott and Aulani. The property manager, Maria, was wonderful to work with and made our trip seamless. The owner was super responsive to all of our requests and kindly even provided a brand new set of cookware! We cooked most of our meals in and loved that the condo has a full kitchen. There is a nice view of the ocean from the lanai. We enjoyed the walking path that winds along the ocean. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again. This place is a little slice of heaven! This was my second stay in this condo at this complex. Last year the towers were half covered because they were painting. It was nice to see the fruits of the repaint. The condo was as I remembered. Everything I used worked except for the mechanical plugs for the tubs. I picked up a plastic one from Home Depot and that worked fine. One new feature was a company called Royal Hawaiian provided chaise lounges and umbrellas on the beach. This was perfect since I just wanted to read in the shade on the beach all day with an occasional dip in the lagoon. Rob was friendly, courteous and professional. There is a rate for those staying at the Beach Villas. NOTE the condo provides chairs and a vast array of beach paraphenalia but the chaise lounges Rob offered are much more comfortable. The other change is that you need to pay for parking at the shopping center across from the Four Seasons. I believe it was 2.50/hour + tax. I actually support this as it might discourage those who would park there all day to go to the beach. I picked up groceries from Foodland Farms in nearby Kapolei. There they have an amazing poke selection. I ended up making dinner but went out for lunch at Monkeypod and Roy’s. Monkeypod service was hit or miss. Roy’s just seemed a bit dated but their mai tais are very generous! The sunsets are still unparalleled. I have already booked this condo for the same time next year.
