  • Beautiful Condo!

"My husband, 11 month old and I just got back from our 10 day stay in Vince's place in Kauai. It is a beautiful place on the ocean! The condo has everything needed! We really enjoyed the onsite bbq for some of the evenings! Beaches are just a close drive away but lots of whale watching from the balcony. The wifi is not great, so don't count on it working but everything else was as described. We are excited to book our trip next year with Vince!"

  • Literally paradise

"My mom, sister and I adored this place. I mean it was paradise and perfection; by far our favorite out of the three places we stayed on Kauai. We also stayed at the Marriott and Waipouli Beach resort, but this place was above and beyond. The pool was gorgeous with all the foliage, the mountain views with waterfalls running off the side were unparrallel and the view from our room specifically was spectacular. The balcony was our favorite part, we ate every meal outside and it was always breathtaking. The beach was great and uncrowded, and the resort grounds were immaculately landscaped, so spacious, uncrowded and quiet. The kitchen and condo was gorgeous and had everything you need and more. From beach gear and stocked kitchen, everything exceeded our expectations. Honestly, I wish we could've stayed here for the full 10 days! Mahalo!"

  • Tremendous Home Base

"Me and my wife stayed here for 4 nights and it's quite the great home base. Stunning views, of course, and a very nice interior equipped with everything you'd need. I call it a home base because that's sort of how the north side of kaua'i works. Whether you're going to hanalei or just walking down to the beach (at the St Regis or hideaway) or checking out all the other options for hiking or ziplining or whatever, it's just a solid place to come back to. Then, when you take a gander at the St Regis prices, it's even that much more attractive. Just as a couple, we thought we got a great value, and if you're going with another couple or family members, this has stellar value written all over it. All the best food is in Halalei, but having the ability to make your own gourmet meal while having that view is probably more attractive than just having a room and constantly paying Hawaii hotel prices on food. Assuming this is available, the thought of staying next door at the St Regis doesn't even cross the mind. Plus, Gary is a joy to work with. This was absolutely painless."

  • Thanks for the Memories

"Although my husband and I travel to Kauai every year, this is the first time we have traveled with our adult children. This space was perfect! From each bedroom having its own bathroom to the amazing floor plan, we could not have been more pleased. The kitchen was large and well equipped. It truly was a home away from home. We had the opportunity to meet the On Island Representative and he is delightful. He was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. In Kauai, our time is usually spent more on the outside than the inside. That was all accounted for too; Sand toys, surf boards, reef shoes, snorkel equipment, it could not have been more convenient. An easy location so readily located to the local amenities. Thank you for making this special stay even more special!"
