  • Great House in Wailea

"This beautiful house is everything it was described as! The owner, Ken was very easy to reach and communicate with. When, at the last minute, our original unit was not available due to some patio furniture cushions that did not come in as scheduled, he called me and asked if we could move to another unit right next door. It was beautiful and we so appreciated his wanting us to have the full experience of the entire house - inside and out. The interior decor was spectacular, only to be outdone by the views and sunsets from the lanai. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It's near proximity (5 minute walk or on-demand shuttle) to the Grand Walailea Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Resort, plus access to all the Hotel's amenities was a bonus, not to mention the pool, workout room, daily coffee and access to poolside massage therapists within the neighborhood. Wonderful place to stay with family or group. Everything from check-in, walk through and explanation of various workings of the house, and friendliness of the staff was top-notch. Would definitely rent this place again!"

  • Fabulous family vacation, great location!

"Our experience in Hoo'lei unit 55-3 surpassed our expectations. It is even prettier in person. The house felt like home with every comfort/amenity you could ask for from the kitchen wear to house supplies. We dined out once since the gourmet kitchen was so much fun to cook in and the lanai was better than any resturaunt. The large lanai was the most used area in the house; enjoyed morning coffee and dinners every night. BTW, there is a small ocean view too! Never used the inside dining room although it was gorgeous. We came with our two babies and five adults; plenty of room for everyone, comfortable furnishings and lots of privacy. Revie, from the cleaning company was such a kind woman and introduced us to the home upon early arrival. It really started our stay on a positive note. The location next to the pool was fabulous and the pool its self was relaxing, not crowded and allowed for a true upscale experience. You really are not missing much not having GW privelages. We went to the Four Seasons for nightly cocktails as they offer a complimentary shuttle service as do most other resorts. Only negatives we were with two seniors they had a hard time walking up the hill from the pool to the house. It's manageable but good to know if you are traveling with people who have disabilities. Also wish they had a pack n' play/crib and baby gate for top of the stairs as they are marble. Renting baby supplies is an option but it is expensive so we brought our own. Glad we didn't rent a top of the hill full ocean view unit, it would have been a treck back for the seniors who can't walk uphill. Even with my two small negatives I give it five stars and recommend this place to anyone! Can't wait to come back!"

  • Family Celebration exceeded expectations

"Super clean accommodation, fantastic kitchen with everything you need, great beds, slept very well. We had my children and their spouses and my wife and I celebrating my 60th birthday, and we stayed 9 nights. We could not have asked for more, great value, and Wailea area is our new favorite place on earth. We have traveled everywhere and stayed in very nice places, for the money this was one of the best values anywhere. Close to a ton of great restaurants, bars, shopping, and golf. I planned the whole trip and this place made me look like a hero. found a great little yoga studio, we are now big Wailea fans, and we would and will rent this unit again. We did rent a unit at Grand Wailea for a night to give us a couple of days at their pool and beach, we did so much other stuff this worked out well. The pool at Hoolei is nice, good workout room, and access to the beach was an easy walk. Porch is incredible. Owner/managers very pleasant and delivered on everything they promised. We are already planning to go back next year. Last tip, Make sure you go to the Monkey Pod, a really fun restaurant two minutes away by car, do not miss this place."
