"This condo, the view, the pool, the beach...everything about this unit is perfect. My husband and I celebrated our tenth wedding anniversary in Hoyochi Nikko Unit #105. The beach is literally in the back yard of the unit. The view is amazing and everything you need for a day at the beach is right there for you. In addition the smart tv, recliners, kitchen, made for perfect evenings listening to the waves, snacking and catching up on Netflix. These units are part of a smaller complex so no high rises and crowded spaces. The location of this unit is great too. We were able to get places very easily. Our entire week was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!"

  • Spectacular views and Spectacular ocean waves

"Don, we just got back from your fabulous condo where we had a wonderful time. We got to spend 10 beautiful days in paradise (aka your condo). The location itself was spectacular, the view from the lanai is even better than you can imagine just looking at the pictures; Fresh ocean air flowing in, waves churning and the sight of sea turtles. Away from the condo, we got to circle the entire island visiting Hana, Paia, and other small towns. We were close to several spectacular snorkeling sites starting with Kapalua but even better was Honolua where the waves were as calm as the time before the storm. We were also close to several hiking areas which we enjoyed each day. It was always nice coming back to condo and grilling out some fresh fish bought at the fish market just a mile away. Having the grills available was awesome and Jeff (property manager) was always out and about during dinner time talking with newbies. We met people from Australia, France and Georgia while grilling or just hanging out in the courtyard area. The condo was well stocked with everything you could imagine. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella and even the binoculars. You thought of it all. Even the beds were very comfortable and the breeze made for a cool nights rest. Too much to do and see in just a few days. We will definitely be back!!!"

  • Beautiful little place with an incredible view

"The property is immaculate and cozy. The gated pool is small, but great for kids or a sunbather that just wants a cool-off dip (not to mention that the beach is right in front of it.) A nice area has several gas grills for use and there's a recycling area just to the right of the office. It's no smoking, but there's a smoking tent on the property that's quite inviting if you're a smoker. Friday pupus by the pool (prepare your own and bring them down) offer a chance to meet residents and vacationers alike and learn to blow the conch shell at the setting sun. The unit is well furnished with private bedrooms, making it a nice choice for two couples or a family with older children, as one bedroom is upstairs and there isn't a tub in either bathroom. The living room has comfortable furniture and a flat screen TV, though who comes to Maui to watch television? We enjoyed the stereo hooked up to our phones while we looked at the stars or ocean from the lanai. The kitchen has anything you could want for cooking tools -- my son is a chef so he's rather picky... first trip where we didn't have to buy something. Be sure to check the pantry that is right to the left of the kitchen and don't mistake it for a wall. That's where we found coffee filters. Stop at the unit first, because there were a lot of ingredients we would have bought that were already available. We left behind Cajun seasoning and sesame oil and each person that cooks their likely leaves something the next tenant can use. The cooktop is a little tricky as the knobs don't necessarily turn the way you expect them to for low to high, so look at the eye before setting your pot down. The condo also offered some little extras such as beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards, some snorkel gear) and I was happy to find cleaning supplies as well! The lanai offers a stunning view of the ocean, frolicking sea turtles, and brilliant stars. The owner is super awesome to work with, especially since a hiccup resulted in my need to change the dates of our booking. He was nothing but accommodating and helpful. The location is great for exploring many of Maui's treasures, though a bit of a haul from Haleakala Crater or Hana Highway, but perfect for trips to Lahaina and the harbor that many water excursions depart from. It's walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and a farmer's market that's every Mon/Wed/Friday 8-11. I would choose this property again."

  • Lovely condo on the beach

"Beautiful and well appointed condo with great beach access. Had everything needed for a stay - beach towels, washer/dryer, even a cooler for picnics. Much nicer than staying in a hotel or one of the giant complexes. Would absolutely recommend to friends or even come back to stay again. Only minor thing is that the assigned car parking space is a bit tight - my rental was on the larger side and I was a bit nervous about it. A smaller car would fit easily though."
