  • Great house, lots of room, and close to the Marina

"This cabin was great, we had 7 people staying with us during our trip to the lake. It is super close to Beaver Creek Marina. There also is a boat ramp down the street that can be used, but this ramp is a little steep, so I would only suggest smaller boats. The cabin though was perfect, it is somewhat private, has a large driveway for boat trailers, and a really nice hot tub. The cabin over looks the valley and has great scenery all around. We cannot wait to come back. Tracy the property manager answered all our questions/concerns quickly."

  • The Sunsets Here Are No Joke!

"I stayed here with a group of friends for a girl's getaway and it was perfect. The neighbors are quiet. The screened porch was the best part - we spent most of our time out there. The kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked several meals. We also utilized the fire pit one night. With no city lights nearby, the star-gazing was amazing."

  • Quaint and Unique

"I had to be in Louisville for a two-month work commitment. The studio was very nice and Sarah was so kind. I have a senior rescue dog, and given I was going to be away so long, I was very happy that I was allowed to bring him along. The community is very dog friendly and most neighbors seem to have at least two. The community was very safe. Being a single woman, I still had no concerns when I had to walk my dog at night. The studio is conveniently located in the Highlands near Baxter and Bardstown Rd. Unique shops, restaurants, lots to explore and lively atmosphere. Yet, when you get back to your place you would never suspect you are so close to so much nite life. You are near absolutely EVERYTHING including the necessities: drugstore, grocer, cleaners, FedX, etc.! There is on-street parking but amazingly there was always a spot right in front of my door everyday. It was very comfortable with TV, Wifi and everything I needed. When I'm back in Louisville, I would enjoy staying there again. Thank you Sarah!"
