"This is a gem. Not luxurious, but quite nice, with all the necessary amenities. Clean as a whistle. Total privacy. Quiet except for the distant sound of the streetcar as it passes through the neighborhood, which was kind of ice, IMO. Plenty of towels. Washer/dryer came in handy. Full kitchen, and although we didn't cook, it looked like one could turn out a real meal there. The table inside is too small for more than 2, but there is a bigger table on the patio. Very comfortable bed. Lovely patio. Stunning neighborhood. Great location off St. Charles, easy walk to Magazine Street. We rented bikes for the stay from Mike's Bike shop on Magazine, which worked well, although Uber comes very fast, even on a Jazzfest weekend.
We hope to return.
My only comment would be that it could use some instructions on the TV (3 remotes!), AC (we couldn't find a thermostat and the AC on and off somewhat mysteriously and was a little too cold at times), and WIFI (we were slow to find the PW taped on the side of the fridge). Very minor issues."
