  • Jeff and the pups

"I had the honor of renting "Sweet Sixteen" over the entire winter. One would think that staying at a beach house over a cape cod winter would not be very enjoyable, but I had a blast. This home has a great vibe to it, the living room is situated in such a manner as the fireplace is front and center and with plenty of gather around room, the walls are covered in very tasteful paneling and great aquatic art work. I love that there are windows all around! The house is situated on the beach but also affords incredible views of the marsh, the marsh also is an inlet from the bay and is great for launching kayaks. There is a deck right on a berm overlooking the beach and all of Cape Cod bay, you can even see the Pilgrim monument in P-town and the cape as it winds around the bay. As one winds down the bumpy dirt road further and further down a path, you suddenly pop out in a sunny row of beach houses-how relaxing is that!? You feel as if you are far from everything but are actually just minutes from Sandwich and back over the bridge... Great place, great location, Eileen and Wally are just really good people! Can"t wait to go back! Jeff"

  • All the amenities needed to make you feel at home!

"A week of comfort and enjoyment! We were two couples with three kids ages 3, 4 and 5. We were never bored and neither were the kids even on a rainy day. The house is very spacious and has everything you need as if it was your own. Great indoor space for the kids to play and outdoor space for the kids along with games, toys, umbrellas and chairs for the beach. A great center location near everything you need and beautiful beaches close by. Our favorite beach was Chapin beach with the most beautiful clear water and the kids had a blast collecting hermit crabs. Janet was very accommodating and easy to reach with any questions or concerns. Our first Cape Cod experience was a wonderful and staying here was definitely part of the reason."

  • Plenty of room!

"This house was the perfect size for my family, my sister's family, my brother, and our parents to all stay together. The location was convenient for my family...we didn't have a car, so we could walk to get coffee, groceries, and even go down main street for shopping and the Falmouth library (which the kids loved). We were back and forth to Surf Drive Beach almost every day, and we really enjoyed candlepin bowling at Ryan's. There were also plenty of bikes to go around. The kids loved the yard and all the games, puzzles, and books they discovered around the house. It was also convenient having a separate cottage for naptime...for the kids AND adults. Would definitely stay here again."

  • Great Cape House

"What a great house!! Quiet end of street house, one of the best streets in all of West Hyannisport. Cindy was great with communication and made our Labor Day weekend great! All the comforts of home and more. Will be back with the family for sure."
