  • Wedding Reunion

"Our family feels so fortunate to have found this beautiful property! My sister was married in early June followed by a gathering in Chatham for a special family reunion. My parents were able to somewhat relax before the wedding, and REALLY relax afterward, reminiscing with extended family from all over the country! Our family really appreciates good food, wine, laughter and comfort. This home fit the bill perfectly! We felt blessed with the beautiful wedding, the well-equipped accommodations - and the weather! Highly recommended!"

  • Perfectly Located Private Get-Away

"This was our 2nd visit to this property (first was in 2014). Two years later, the smartly appointed and generously outfitted townhome still looks like new. Impeccably clean, with high-end appliances and quality finishes is located in quiet Herring Cove giving you the best of both worlds - engage with P-Town's fantastic and even outrageous town center and walk to beautiful pristine beaches. When you come back after a lazy day at the beach or a night in town, your stay has all the comforts of home, including comfortably cool central air. Don't think twice...if you're heading to P-town, this townhome will meet all your needs!"

  • Back home

"We used this house for a reunion with family near where we used to live in Orleans. It is a very comfortable house! We particularly enjoyed the screen room - ate most of our dinners out there, comfortably with 7 people, easily fitting more guests for dinner some evenings, and entertained old friends for afternoon visits. The kitchen is pretty well set up for cooking, utensil-wise, and is a good space for more than one person working. The center island was a good place for people to sit and enjoy hors-douvres while meals were prepared and the open living/dining/kitchen area was also a great space for all of us to be without feeling cramped. The walk to the bay is pleasant and easy. The peaceful location of this house and setting on the lot gives a very secluded feel, but is only about a mile from the center of town. Our only criticism would be the lack of a front walk. Older folks may have trouble with the slightly uneven footing. Overall, an excellent place to stay for our time in Orleans! We had a great stay in comfort, and will try to get this house again for our next get together!"

  • BEST EVER RENTAL!!!

"Thank you so much for sharing your home! Let me begin with how easy it was to communicate with the owner, Myra. She quickly responded to my every message. Checking in was a breeze with Rebecca meeting us there even earlier than we expected! She showed us around so we felt at home and even gave us her number in case we needed anything. The house is beautiful with the open floor plan, we enjoyed sharing our time in the kitchen and on the deck. A VERY short walk to a beautiful beach (with some rocky sections). We enjoyed bonfires at sunset. Everything was a very quick drive from the house/ Woods Hole ferry to Martha's Vineyard, groceries, restaurants, shops, bike trail, beaches etc. (we especially enjoyed the beach at the end of wood neck road that was a 2 minute car ride away). Beds were extremely comfortable and house was immaculate. The yard was beautiful and we loved playing croquet in the evenings. I highly recommend this property"
