  • Wonderful house

"The house was a perfect getaway for our family of 4. Everything was as described and the photos are very accurate. The home was very well taken care of and really felt like a home rather than a vacation rental. MaryAlice and John were wonderful hosts who were always just a phone call or text away for anything we needed. The deck and the Yard was great. They supplied linens, everything you could need in the kitchen and even had some bikes in the garage to use!"

  • Great place

"This home is very clean and we were comfortable . The location of home is an A+ and the air conditioner is a fabulous addition cools the house very well. Cristin was great to work with and returned my emails promptly every time. I loved the back yard , it was very relaxing after a day at beach or my morning coffee. There were nice towels and clean sheets and plenty of kitchen tools ( but bring corn on cob sticks if you do t want to use fingers) lol . Coffee make was nice and hot and grill was electric and bran new ( we loved it) they both worked so good ! We would defiantly return . Thank you so much Cristin because of your home it made our vacation even better. There is nothing worse than a home that doesn't match what its owner says about it , but Cristin was dead on !"

  • Well situated, clean, quiet,... charming !

"We had a really good week. The house is well decorated, full equiped, big enough for a family of four adults. We would come back with pleasure. Many thanks for the hospitality."

  • Cozy, clean and a great location; owner very nice to deal with

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were visiting the Cape to attend my wife's high school reunion. The condo was as advertised, very clean and looked as if it was remodeled recently. It's perfect for two people. It might be a little crowded with more. The overall building complex it is in looks a little tired, but no more so than many other places on the Cape. The owner, Sheila Smith, was a pleasure to deal with. We exchanged several emails and spoke before arriving. She was very accommodating and quick to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we were surprised to find a bottle of wine in the refrigerator and a pound of coffee waiting for us. The unit is light and bright with some nice artwork. The unit has a small sitting area with a sofa and chairs adjoining the kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen was small but adequate with basic appliances including a full size refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. We ate out most nights so we didn't do any major cooking aside from breakfast and lunch. The unit has two flat screen TV's with Comcast service, one in the sitting area and one in the bedroom. They worked fine with wide variety of channels to select from. The wireless internet is fast. Being the geek that I am, I measured it as 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up. It is a two story unit with an interesting spiral staircase to the bedroom so it probably would not be good for someone who has trouble with stairs. The upstairs bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with two large bureaus and a big closet for storing clothes. Again it was nicely decorated. The two bathrooms were clean, but we did find the showers a little small for us, but again adequate. We did have to run the A/C for a couple days and it worked fine. We did miss not having a dishwasher and laundry, but I can see the unit is probably not big enough to accommodate them. There was a good sized pool on the property, but we didn't use it. Parking was easy. There are many beaches, restaurants and stores with ten miles of the property all along route 28. We would definitely consider staying at this property again the next time we go to the Cape and would recommend it to others."
