  • A beautiful family home in Martha's Vineyard!

"We arrived to celebrate a family wedding on Martha's Vineyard. This home became our home for the week leading up to this momentous occasion. Despite the rainy October weather, it was a joy to sit inside the large high ceiling, sun-filled living room looking out at the lush greenery. Here and at the long communal dining table, our family of 3 couples gathered for meal preparation, dining and sharing our day's experience. The home is very well maintained with washer/dryer, a well stocked kitchen and was found to be impeccably clean upon our arrival. The salt water swimming pool was a relaxing escape. A 15 minute walk to South Beach to explore miles of sandy beaches or a short drive to downtown Edgartown or Morning Glory Farm were an added bonus. We leave with a lifetime of memories and our Katama home away from home is a big part of this never to be forgotten week."

  • Family Wedding

"Our large family visited Martha's Vineyard for an awesome wedding. Four siblings and their adult children (19 of us) shared this house and had plenty of spacious room and found the amenities to be all inclusive. The kitchen was well-equipped and the linens were plentiful. This was not just a house, but was a real "family home" and we all appreciated the casual comfort and relaxing rustic-ness we found here. Being a bit out of town, added to the peacefulness but didn't inhibit our going back and forth. The pool was not open, but several of us did use the tennis court. The separate areas: main house, garage apartment, and guest house also worked well for our group, affording privacy yet intimacy. Both Pam and the new Property Manager were convenient, helpful, and a pleasure to work with! We had great FUN!"

  • Reasonable house in reasonable location

"This house is a 40 minute walk to downtown Edgartown. The home is older but it gets the job done. Had a group of 6 there for a wedding and it met our needs just fine. Kitchen was stocked. Bikes tires were flat and locked up but we didn't do much digging to see if we could use those or not. Linens on the beds need to be upgraded. Vacasa customer service was excellent!"

  • Island luxury!

"The attention to detail in this home is outstanding! This high-end home is warm and welcoming yet is in keeping with a relaxed Vineyard feel. This was our first trip to the Vineyard and the home and surrounding area are very much as pictured in the photos. We felt as though we were living in a model home; it is immaculate and the furniture and luxury bedding all appeared new. The kitchen was appointed with top-of- the line appliances and we particularly loved the use of sliding barn doors which are all the rage now. We had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. From the start, Our experience with Steve was wonderful- he made us feel like guests - he was attentive and offered many recommendations for a great first time island experience. We highly recommend visiting this gorgeous home- you will not be disappointed!"
