  • Charming Cozy Cottage

"We had a nice one week stay at this adorable little lakefront cottage on the northeast side of Brower Lake! My hubby and I plus our 14 year old daughter loved scooting around on the paddle-boat (provided) and air mattresses on the lake. The water was clean and warm and had a nice amount of boats and jet skis. We brought our bicycles and found Luton Park a nice area for mountain biking (including beginner trails). White Pine trail is a paved gem that is bike/blade/walk-able and goes for miles. It was great to pedal, then head back for a dip in the water before enjoying dinner on the deck overlooking the lake. Hummingbird visitors were a joy to watch as they came by the feeder. Very neat! Nancy"

  • Great place

"We were very happy with the accommodations and the hospitality of the owners. They went out of their way to make sure the walkways were clear from snow each morning. We really appreciated them welcoming our dog as well. Thanks Again! Merry Christmas!"

  • An extremely pleasant week away from the norm.

"The cottage is clean and complete. very well maintained, and beautiful. The setting is beautiful as well. I have rarely had as good a time fishing for bluegills as I did last week. Small ones were always biting as usual and from about 7:30 to dark the biting was extreme. Over half of the catches were what I would call extremely large for bluegills. About 4 times while reeling in a small bluegill a much larger fish latched on. All but once the larger fish gave up before I landed it. One was a juvenile but large pike. when he hit he either swallowed the bluegill, or it got off because I ended up landing the pike. It broke my ultralight gear. The boat was in very good shape and worked perfectly. The only negative was no place to wade for my wife. The bottom is great for a fishing lake but unpleasant for people."
