  • Comfortable and pleasant Tracy Avenue House

"We were in Bozeman for a memorial service, so it was not a vacation. This home accommodated our group of eleven very comfortably with sufficient privacy for all. Kitchen, dining room and deck with both sitting and eating space with a lovely view of wooded back yard was very pleasant. In following the format below, the description was accurate, it was very clean, there was good customer service, and we would recommend this property to friends and relatives. The proximity of Sola Cafe -- literally a stone's throw away -- was definitely a plus. We were very appreciative of its availability and grateful to a colleague in Bozeman who found it for us."

"I was so grateful to be able to stay in a place so safe, convenient, cozy, and soooo comfortable. Moving my boy into Montana State made this my perfect location to stay. The house was like staying in a treehouse. I loved having all birds in the trees right outside my window. It was quiet and clean. Looks like new construction or a recent remodel. There is a small but good size kitchen, plenty of work and eat in space, quality decor. The house is overall very spacious. The bathroom door does not go to the floor but that did bother us at all. Thank you for letting me enjoy Bozeman in your home."

  • Great location and accomodations

"We visited with 4 children and 3 adults. The pictures are very accurate to what the condo looks like. The view is phenomenal! The locations is perfectly set, with easy navigation between Bozeman and Yellowstone. The condo included some great surprises, like a cooler we could use when we went on our adventures. It really felt like a home away from home, with enough space to give everyone some personal time. There are also trails around the condo that are easy to hike and provide great views of nature. The grocery store at the bottom of the hill is great too (Roxy's)."

  • Wow! This is the quintessential mountain getaway - with modern touches and lots of character!

"We were a party of 13 (9 adults aged from 37-69), 4 children, 8-14) and this was the perfect spot for our Yellowstone vacation. Initially, this house was over our budget but several features caused us to give it serious consideration, and we are so pleased we did. As a party of mostly adults (who are no longer in their 20's!), the size of the beds is always a concern. This home has a king and 4 queen beds! The second feature to give us pause was the dining table that seats 12. An important part of our vacations is dining together and playing cards and games. This table was a big reason we booked the home (and with a view of the mountains and the river, it was ideal)! The concerns before arriving.....The location....I was worried about it being on the main road (across from hotels, restaurants); I thought it may be noisy or busy. usually look nice, but we had a little issue with the last place we booked, so the jury would be out until we arrived. Neither of these concerns were issues in the least! Although the home was located on the main "drag", the traffic is relatively light through the town and the sound of the river mostly drowned out the little traffic noise that did occur. The location was actually a plus as access to the park, market and restaurants/shops was incredibly convenient. And the home was clean! I believe we all felt that we could "put our feet up" and get comfortable! The perks.... The kitchen was a beautiful open concept area with upgraded appliances and was well stocked - a welcome perk when you're cooking for a crowd. Each bathroom as each had it's own personality and individual touches; the sinks are fabulous ! The basement was replete with pool table and ping pong (which we love!) to add a little fun to our downtime away from the park. Lastly, the view....simply magnificent! The little things....a pound of coffee (from a MT roaster!) was provided, there was toilet paper, laundry soap, MT shaped soaps in each bathroom, and left over pantry items for our use. These little things were simply lovely and thoughtful. The owners, John and Shirl.....Shirl and her son greeted us and gave us a tour of the house when we arrived. John gave us great recommendations for fishing, hiking and wildlife watching. They put their hearts into this place and it shows. If you get a chance, check out their studio (or stay there instead!). Would definitely return here - loved it!"
