  • Great view, clean, comfortable and decore was perfect

"My husband and I stayed at this lovely home for a romantic weekend. We had a picnic on the beach at Odiorne State Park up the road and a bottle of wine on the front deck of the home with a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean. This home is beautifully decorated. Charles was very helpful and not intrusive. I will recommend this to anyone wanting a vacation away from all the bussel of Hampton beach but not too far to take a ride to get a bite or two of yummy pizza and fried dough. We collected seashells and sea glass from the ocean at low tide for a collage of our romantic weekend.... Thank you again Charles for a fantastic stay Mark & Wendy C."

  • Very nice, just like the pictures, no surprises.

"Liked having the washer/dryer, full size kitchen. Nice central area for day trips from Portland, Me to Boston, MA. Could have used more fans, or AC. It was pretty warm on hot days, (above 90 a few times.)"

  • Great for families and children!

"Overall the house was perfect! A nice grassy yard, all the tools, games, amenities you could ever imagine needing. The tides are a bit of a bummer.....several days we did not have a beach, but it ended up o.k. because we planned those days to do other things like visit the strip or take a day trip to Maine, etc. The one piece of criticism is the front rooms do not have curtains, so in the AM kids are awoken FAR to early! PLEASE put up 'black-out' curtains - the blinds do nothing against the sun that beams in that room first thing in the morning. We had a great vacation - thank you!"

  • Periwinkle winter rental

"I lived at this residence for two years in a row as a winter rental Sept-June. The house is equipped with everything you would need and you can literally show up with just a bag of clothes. It is a perfect place for a week visit or even better as a longer term place to call home. It also has a basement which has plenty of storage for your own belongings. There is ample parking and two large decks for sunbathing or entertaining. This stay made life easy -as it also comes with snow removal, a gardner, and someone that mows the lawn. The neighbors are extremely friendly and the neighborhood is a quaint and community type feel. There is one large master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms and two bathrooms. All in all it was a great experience for my friend and I . The Landord was attentive to an issue and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great extended stay. I would recommend this rental to anyone especially someone needing a fresh start!"
