  • Excellent place with a fantastic location. Could not ask for better!

"We just got back from a week at Seaside Heights where we stayed at Coastalview townhouse Condo. We had Unit number 1 and it was fantastic. We have a large family and everyone brings a friends so we needed a large place and this one really fit the bill. The place had a garage on the bottom and came with a parking pass for an additional car for the street which was great. Besides the car there was plenty of room in the garage to stash all the beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. Up the stairs lead to the living area and half bath. The kitchen was amazing and very well stocked with everything you would need. Nice size dining table and living area where there was a good size TV. this floor had two porches which you could see the ocean from. One small suggestion here is maybe update the chairs on the porches. They were not very sturdy and we often needed them to supplement the dining area for our crowd. this floor as well as the upper floors all had hard wood or laminate that was in excellent condition and was easy to sweep up from the constant sand battle you have at a beach house. Up on the 2nd floor were two bedrooms a full bath and a washer and dryer. The master on this floor is a King size bed which is nice and the other room had a full size bed. Again both of these bedrooms had porches and water views. The 3rd floor had two more bedrooms and another bath. One with 2 twins and one with a double. The room with a double also had a porch with water views. Everything in the house was well maintained and there were even spare sheets and pillows in the closet if you happened to need them. Besides the property being perfect it also had the most amazing location. Literally steps from the door to the beach, and what a nice beach it was. There was also a foot wash and a bathroom right there as you came off the beach. BTW there were also 4 beach tags for us to use in the house. Once you were done with the beach it was a very short walk down the boardwalk to get to the rides, water park, Mini Golf and several restaurants. We really only needed to use our car to run over to the Acme grocery store which is also very close by. We have to give a shout out to Frank. He was there when we arrived and made us feel right at home. We loved this place so much we think we will book it again next summer."

  • Beautiful vacation home near to ocean and closer to the bay side

"We stayed at this Seaside Height home and had a wonderful time. Our first reservation in Seaside Heights was abruptly cancelled with no warning and we scrambled to find a new place. We called on this house and are happy we did. Jeff was great to work with! We e-mailed constantly back and forth and he was very helpful. The house was immaculate and had central air, a garage, several comfortable bedrooms, and an overall nice location away from the boardwalk but close enough for us to walk. Only cautions with the house is that it is two floors (three, if you count walking up from garage)... that wasn't a problem for us but could be if you were older. There was also no condiments to cook with which many rental homes do have which makes you have to go out and buy your own. This was the first house that we had rented that had nothing like that to offer. There was plenty of bowls and cookware which was great. The home is comfortable, clean, has a great front porch to watch the sunrise and set each day. The distance to the boardwalk may be a little long for some but was fine for us. If you have kids, it is closer to walk to the calmer bay side which is better for small children. Overall, a really nice home - the hosts were great to work with and accommodated us with a special need of which we were greatly appreciative. The only thing to keep in mind is there is nothing in fridge or cabinets ( basic condiments, etc.) or linens and towels - you must bring all your own which, if you know that, you will be fine and will enjoy the home. We missed that on our contract and that was truly our fault but we had a person come a day later and brought the linens we needed so all was OK. This was s great place at a great price. Seaside Heights is an interesting place - tacky shops, funky bars and loads of carnival type games --- but so much fun. The waves on the beach are great. It is a place you have to experience - at least once!! Thank you for a wonderful week!"

  • Clean, comfortable, nice location

"We stayed at this condo with our two young children for an extended weekend. It is located four blocks from the beach - a short walk but far enough away from the craziness of the boardwalk that it was actually really quiet even on July 4 weekend. It's across the street from the bay where there is a pier that is good for crabbing. It's a busy street so we didn't try crossing it on foot but it's a short drive. We brought our bikes and were able to bike to Island Beach State Park, about 5 miles away. The condo building is small and quiet, the other residents and visitors were all friendly, quiet and considerate. The pool is small but was never crowded. The unit was clean and comfortable, kitchen had all the basics. You have your own off-street parking spot which was convenient. Tony was responsive and available by phone/text throughout the weekend."

  • Return to the New Jersey Shore

"After being away for some forty years, I returned to the New Jersey Shore. A lot has changed over the years, memories have faded, but the thrill and smell of the ocean is still there. This Trip was with our Grandsons ( 3 years and 18 months) and it was a joy and pleasure to instilled in them the heritage of New Jersey. Life at the shore. The house was just what we needed and it was a pleasure to be able to share our family life with the home owners. Memories have been captured and adventures have begun for our Grandson. We thank you for all of this. Barney Capriglione"
