  • Amazing home

"The craftsmanship in this craftsman bungalow is unsurpassed. Just a beautiful home. Great location on Alexander Ave. not for from the beach, and a couple of blocks from the Red Store. Huge porch (no screens, so bring your citronella and bug spray). We can't recommend it enough, and the owners are very responsive. If you have young kids (toddlers), there are a lot of right angles and some non-kid friendly furniture, so keep that in mind."

  • Great for families!

"My husband, 2-yr old daughter and I just returned from our trip to Lewes staying at this location. This was our first family beach trip and we had a wonderful time overall. There was one small hiccup the first night (technical difficulties w/ the front door key that was completely unpredictable and out of the owner's hands), but Faith and her husband went out of their way to "make it right" for us. They were very professional, trustworthy and just a pleasure to work with leading up to and during our stay. The space is PLENTY for a family of 3 - we had so much room and it felt like home (actually, larger than our condo back home, so we loved it). I enjoyed the large kitchen and being able to eat a couple meals at home a day - very convenient. The rooms were large and the wrap-around porch is charming for breakfast. It was also a wonderful perk to have everything you need for the beach right there in the storage unit provided for you - beach chairs, umbrellas, kids beach toys, etc. The location is pretty great, centrally located to everything - about 10 mins to Lewes Beach, 10 mins or so to the National Park and 10 mins to Rehobath. We had a great stay and highly recommend it."

  • Great spot in Cape May Point!

"We loved our stay and were very impressed with Nancy's grounds and the local neighborhood. Within walking distance were a local bird pond and a small birding center, the historic lighthouse with public tours, the town center green with the General Store restaurant, and the beach. It is also a very short drive to Sunset Beach and a historic WWII observation tower. The streets were very quiet making it a great spot for walking/biking around town. The apartment was as pictured and laid out nicely. Chefs might want to bring updated pots/pans because cookware was not in great shape. We were the first stay of the season and did need to air out a general mustiness in the apt. The weather was great and we could keep the windows open which was lovely. All in all, a great spot. Nancy was warm, efficient, and helpful! We would love to visit again."

  • Repeat customer

"The cottage is called "Chasing Rainbows" and we have spent a number of happy times there. It is cheerful and bright, the wrap-around porch is a wonderful plus, the kitchen is well equipped with the grill just steps away. It is a convenient location and a great area in which to walk around and yet be right at the beach."
