"This is an artfully remodeled home in the heart of Chapel Hill. Owner has taken great time to handcraft beautiful finishes throughout. New floors, new paint, new cabinetry. Very comfy beds, nicely stocked kitchen and lovely baths. Wonderful new patio in the back yard overlooking the woods. Quiet neighborhood but very convenient to everything. And on the bus line! All you need for a great getaway."

  • A Little GEM

"This home is cozy, clean, and delightfully appointed. Every inch of it is tastefully decorated (whenever we were in the house, I'd gaze around and pick up home decor tips myself!), and every little supply--from body wash to food seasonings to fluffy pillows to dimmers on the lights--communicated such tasteful and considerate owners. The house is nestled and quiet, and the kitchen is a cook's dream. When we visit the Chapel Hill region in the future, I would LOVE to stay in this house! Highly recommended; this home is a little gem!"

  • Awesome!!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It was in impeccable condition and centrally located to everything. My family was in the area on a college visit. I'm not certain if my daughter will chose to attend the college in this area, but if she does, my family and I will certainly seek this property to rent again."

  • A Nice Place to Call Home for an Extended Stay

"Karen, the owner, was extremely gracious. We needed a place to stay for 2 months near Duke University Medical Center while our daughter was undergoing treatment. When we booked we were not sure of the duration needed, but Karen was flexible. The condo fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and spacious enough to be comfortable, had hand railings on both sides of the front steps (important for a patient learning to walk again in PT), and was in a beautiful quiet setting. Depending on trafic, we were only 15-20 minutes from Duke Med Center. We drove to UNC one day to see the campus, and it too is very close. We had plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, but with a full kitchen in the condo, cooked most of our meals at the house. I highly recommend this property."
