  • Great Get Away Cabin and With an Awesomely, Helpful Owner

"We stayed at the Silver Moon while we visited the Asheville area, Blue Ridge Parkway, and Biltmore House. The cabin as at an excellent location, nearby for many sights, and such a wonderful choice for a place to stay. Mary provides so many wonderful extras, like directions to places we might want to go, restaurant recommendations, etc. There are some great restaurants nearby, and we really appreciated the information about which restaurants are good in the area. The little touches like coffee, tea, leaving the light on, etc. made it feel like home. We were so thankful to have the cozy cabin for relaxing in the evening. If / when we return to the Asheville area, we will definitely plan on staying in this cabin again.. It was awesome!"

  • Beautiful cabin!

"We had a wonderful time in Maggie Valley! The cabin was beautiful and very clean. The cleaners notified us of the pull out sofa being broken when we arrived but we still managed to sleep 8 comfortably without any issues. We spent some time in Cherokee, which was only about a 30 minute drive away. The kitchen had plenty of storage and utensils for all of us. We had 0 issues with the TV or internet. You won't get much cell service in the cabin but we actually enjoyed that! We spent a lot of time on the deck, grilling, playing board games, and relaxing. The owners were a pleasure to work with! Thank you for sharing you cabin with us!"

  • Cozy cabin

"My husband and I had an excellent time staying in Pisgah Paws (dog friendly cabin) with our two pups. We felt that it met all of our needs and felt very private, even though there are other cottages within view from the front of the cabin. The cell service was patchy up in the mountains, but that was expected and didn't affect our stay. We would definitely come back if we visit Asheville again."

  • Phenomenal!

"A new bar has been set for cabin/cottage rentals and the bar has been set HIGH! My wife, 2 kids (7 and almost 3) stayed in Willow Cottage (and please, call it a cottage - "cabin" does not do it justice!) for 8 nights at the end of April. From the moment we entered the front door, we couldn't get over details, furnishings, layout, grounds, etc., etc. My 7-year old daughter felt as though she were a princess in her very own castle and my almost 3-year old son loved running around the grounds. During the day, the back patio was the perfect place to sit and relax with a book while the kids played in the sandbox and backyard. Even with temps in the 80s (warm for our Ohio blood) we were kept cool by the roof, fan, and stone patio. And in the evening, we would light a fire and enjoy a glass of wine (just the adults). With the amount of activities to do onsite, we never felt the need to "get out and do something." We could wander up the hill for a hike, play by the river, fish, or play games in the huge fields. We cooked great breakfasts during the day, grilled out for dinner, and made plenty of s'mores. The dark night skies (NO light from any town) were aglow by thousands of stars and since I brought my telescope, we were able to get some great views of Jupiter and the moon. The location is fantastic since it's only about 15-20 minutes to Wayensville and other locations. Waynesville has some nice shops, art galleries, and restaurants (try Chef's Table - great food). We made two trips up to the Pisgah Inn (once for breakfast and once for lunch) along the Blue Ridge Parkway (only about 25 minutes away). The BRP is close and the drive is great. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this location. One of the best vacations we had in a long time. Thanks!"
