  • 5 star home & view

"This was our family's 3rd July 4th vacation at the Ellis home because it is the best rental property on Grand Lake as far as we are concerned. The home is beautiful and the views from the home and numerous outdoor decks are as well. Annette and Bob have their home set up perfectly for enjoying lake life as it should be enjoyed. They also have a wonderful property manager, Helen, who is available if anything is needed. They even made sure we were able to catch some fish off the dock. If you are looking for a place to spend a week on Grand this is the it. Our family of 10 are always very comfortable, plenty of room for all. We will be back. • Just what we were looking for!

"Clean, modern and comfortable; adequate for three room mates. No one answered the phone, but returned the call quickly upon arrival. An email had been sent with the lock box code, but this was not the protocol outlined, and I did not look for it. The upstairs sink does not drain well, and the downstairs bathroom faucet delivers little water. Some of the kitchen wares are nearing the end of their useful life, and we couldn't get the toaster oven to work. Sugar ants got into our cars. None of these things were a big deal and we (three old geezers) were pleased with our stay."

  • Huge Location Good For Multiple Families

"Our family rented this house and the neighboring house with 9 adults and 9 children. We had plenty of room and could easily have fit more people. There was plenty of sleeping space, eating space and general hangout space. The kids enjoyed the game room (garage) that had a number of various toys and games. Outside parking and playroom was also abundant. We visited Chickasaw which was about 15 minutes to the main visitor center and trail entrances. Davis and Sulphur are both nearby with a number of restaurants and stores. If you are looking to visit these areas or just need a large place to gather for a few days, I highly recommend these houses."
