  • Memories for the Grandkids

"I loved the location of this beautiful home. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, safe place for the kids to play in the sand without worry of rouge waves or crowds of strangers. The kitchen has everything you need, including the grill, where you can eat on the large deck. Very private and relaxing. The kids loved the triple bunk beds! Had a seal swim right up to my Grandson when he was standing out in the water by Moe's! Randy was awesome and responded to every question I had right away. I recommend this place to anyone. Even when the wind got to be too much outside there were plenty of games to play with the whole family and yes even a TV if you can't live without one. Short drive into town if you forgot anything. I Love This Place!"

  • Good house for the money

"Very good place for the money. Great coffee shop across the street that we walked to every day. Nice quiet neighborhood and the beach was fantastic. A little closer to Hwy 101 than we thought, but the grounds were beautiful."

  • Great Location - Questionable conduct of upstairs residents

"The place was clean, comfortable with a spectacular location, everything we were hoping for when we booked the reservation which was only one night. The only downside is the neighbors upstairs, I believe they are permanent residents & by the comment book left in the room left me questioning behavior. Several wrote about elephants stomping through the night & having liquids thrown down on them while they were outside. For our experience, they must not have been home that night because we didn’t hear a thing. We didn’t have anything thrown down on us, however about 2 hours before checkout our deck that previously dry, had a specific wet section just outside the sliding door (not rain). At first we thought, possibly they were getting into their hot tub and the liquid came off their cover, which would make sense, however when I looked up to check, physics didn’t calculate. It looked as though they opened their sliding door and just poured a bucket of “whatever” out their door, through the deck down onto our deck. Thank goodness none of us were outside, as with all the comments, they don’t make sure they won’t hit anyone. What makes me question is why they couldn’t step a few more feet to pour in the grass, or if it truly was water, what was wrong with their pluming. I wasn’t going to get close to it to check."

  • Beachball is incredible!

"I've been to a lot of beach places, but none compare to the proximity of Beachball. You are literally right on the beach. The house is comfortable and inviting. The beach itself is gorgeous - big sandy stretches and powerful surf. We even saw whales from the Beachball deck! I can't say enough about how relaxing and scenic our stay was. We'd come back in a heartbeat!"
