  • Perfect Home Base For Exploring This Beautiful Region

"My wife and I had a most memorable travel adventure exploring all the wonders that the area has to offer. This vacation rental met all of our needs as a home base for our day trips. It was a glorious week of discovering all the beautiful places to explore within two hours travel. We soon learned that there is so much to take in, we barely scratched the surface! The vacation rental itself had all that we would need and when we had any trouble with anything, Bill and Roberta were right there to help us out. The backyard offers a private, peaceful refuge with colorful flowers and shrubs to please the senses and even bird houses that provide an opportunity to bird watch. it was always a pleasure to come back to our home base after a day of exploring the redwoods or the many beaches in the area. We had a marvelous time and really hated to have to go. We could easily see ourselves living here and never going back home! If only. We hope to come back, if not to actually move here. The area has so much to offer! Thanks Roberta and Bill for sharing your most relaxing and complete vacation rental! We have so many wonderful memories."

  • The Perfect Vacation Home

"We loved our stay at Raninbow Rock Ranch. The location was perfect for us. We were only minutes from everything we love to do. All we needed were our clothes, food and drinking water; everything else was provided! What a beautiful, comfortable home. We will be back!"

  • Very relaxing!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and are looking forward to going back. The condo has amazing views, and the trail down the bluff to the semi-private beach is beautiful and well maintained. The condo is nicely furnished, and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed; there wasn't a single thing we needed that wasn't provided. While the front door is technically wheelchair accessible, the condo has a few drawbacks when it comes to ease of use for the disabled. The ramp down to the door is quite steep, 12.4 % The door to the bath with the step-in shower is so narrower my mom couldn't get her walker through the door. The top of the bed mattresses are high off the floor, and may be difficult for elderly or disabled guests. Even with the challenges, my 93 year old parents and I had a relaxing time and look forward to another visit sometime soon."

  • Great location and very relaxing

"We came here with our family of 5 and stayed for a week. There was one very large room for our boys to share and another large room for our daughter. The master bedroom was set a little off for privacy. It had a sliding glass door with beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was well-stocked and clean. The dining room had an AMAZING view of the ocean. We spent most our mornings just watching the waves. It was a short walk to the ocean and there were great tide pools and lots of cool rocks, sea glass, and driftwood to find. There were only two things that were not perfect: the light fixtures in the master bedroom bathroom have not been cleaned in a bit and the pellet stove was very noisy. I would definitely go to this home again."
